I love the Bob Fosse vibes! It’s a joy to see jazz done so well.

Al Blackstone I genuinely love and respect how you've kept the Jazz alive. The texture, suave subtlety of movement that's saucy without going overboard is something many young dancers need to get exposed to and train in. I respect modern funk styles of jazz too and am all for the creative process. But when a dancer can do something so beautiful like this and a hardcore saucy Luther Brown number with equal pizzazz I will admire that in him/her. Please keep the good work going. You dont know how many lives you inspire across the world with such classic movement...

This is the best dance cover on this iconic song.

Lovely Fluid choreography ! In my younger days as a NY Gypsy I would of loved to work with you. Now at 60. Not so much but I can wistfully appreciate it.

Every time I hear this song I think about what it must have been like for someone to have been on the dance floor of a NY gay club the first time the song was played. I was too young. Anyone out there who remembers?

Oh Yes! The crowd would be hypnotic and act as one mass of a moving sexual being. I worked as a busboy at first at Ice Palace 57 a hugely popular gay Disco in the 70's and 80's. Everyone went as in those days it wasn't about what club you went to as far as the label. It was who played the best music. People followed the D.J.s and we had some of the best. We had lines going down the block for Tea dance every Sunday. It was an insane time.

Yes in the 80's agreeing with Chase Connery all gay venues were judged on their themes & music they played in Sydney Australia I was fortunate enough to get into all the gay club's with my friends. The music was hypnotic extended dance music like this. It was the era where disk jockeys really were the king's & queen's of making sensational mix's. Check out Enya's Orinocco Flow remix by Don Pelletier 20- 21 version The 80's was for me an incredible time the music was really awesome.

Oh yes! I was 19 years old when that song came out. I used to go disco dancing every Friday and Saturday night until closing time at 3am. And then we would all go to other discos that closed at 5am. Every disco played that song, the long version, and the dance floors would be packed. We were young, sexy and we knew it. I still dance to it in my living room, lol!

@@rosiebuddy4763 That’s exactly how I pictured it! I didn’t start going to gay dance clubs til the 90s but there was a big wave of 70s remixes that brought them back into the light. This has always been my fave. Thanks for sharing‼️
