This tune is a shining jewel in the crown of 70´s discopop. Moroder is a genial composer and Donna Summer´s sang it absolutelly magically. A lot of covers of this piece have been done but yours is maybe the best I´ve ever heard :)

I play a stage piano and an old workstation. I'm not the kind of guy recording track by track.. (arrangers) but, defenitely.. the result is impressive and truly amazing!! think of looking for some arranger and start doing some stuff.. but, honestly.. I have to respond LUC, Albert recorded this video before the Yamaha GENOS was invented, and he uses a sequencing program on his laptop to play the baseline and drums.... Some VST instruments were used and not only the sequencer triggers those, but also the second keyboard does. (this keyboard doesn't have any sounds in it, but only triggers VST sounds) Albert is an " OLD " organ player, like me, and we " organ " players like to have 2 keyboards/manuals available to live perform ( I even have 3 stacked actually) Personally I would love to have " ONE " instrument, call it an " Electone " (like yamaha use to call their "organs" ) because that would give me 3 manuals preferably, like the FS 500, but then with the same ability and features as the Tyros or Genos build into one instrument. WERSI kind a has this, but who can pay 30.000 dollars for this ?? Not me !! hahaha. So in conclusion... we do what we can with the gear that we own.... PS Albert now owns a GENOS btw.

wow :) im jus a beginner and your performance is deff inspirational ..my uncle recently gave me his old tyros 1 to repair and use which i have done and now enjoying re learning keyboard from the limited tuition i had back in my school days ...I have been brave enough to pos some recording s on here lol ..but can only hope to reach your standard ...wonderfull cover of donna summer ...regards Andy

As ever Albert, love your compositions....have to admit the first melody notes have a touch of 'Vangelis' type sound too...which I also happen to like - Wish you could convert these to a PSR 970 style - Very best wishes :)
