Okay so I NEVER buy something from a brand based on a RU-vidr review, but your deal with impress nails caught my attention for some random reason, and I actually bought them!! I'm OBSESSED!!!! @@emmmz5532 go for it!!! I just use all the smaller nails and it works perfectly :) also I do it right before bed so I don't use them for a few hours! Hope you love them! It's hard to take people seriously when they're getting paid by the brand, but I genuinely could see people loving this.

@@bogeraerts4079 yes you need to really do a lot of them with various resistance, like firehydrants and wall sits. literally just google any booty band workout

@@xiaxia75 yeah! a lot! i used to have super wide hips and it creates resistance where your hips are usually wide, that plus a bit of running 3x a week will shrink em :)
