Like all the other comments, I fell in love with my best friend. we are STILL best friends. I told him last year in a note and said I hoped it wouldn't ruin our friendship, it didn't. It really didn't. In 10th grade and my feelings for him have only gotten stronger. I know he said he isn't going to be dating in school, never asked why but it's his business, not mine. He's such a sweet and nice guy. He's nice to everyone but he said he only tolerates the kids at school and that I'm his actual friend. OF COURSE I'M GONNA END UP LOVING HIM!! We met in 5th grade and have been friends since. I never thought I had a crush on him, at first I thought I saw him as a brother or something because.. well.. He's my best friend. And then in either 7th or 8th, pretty sure it was 7th, I was actually in front of him at lunch when he defended me. 2 girls were bullying me and calling me fat and he had gotten onto them for it. I think that's when the feelings spiked. It first started just.. as a subconscious feeling?? Then the summer before 9th grade I realized I liked him. Like, truly liked him and not just as a little schoolgirl crush. I think it was around the middle of freshman year that I confessed. I had given him a note and told him to look at it after school, he then texted me on discord saying it wouldn't ruin the friendship (As I said earlier). My feelings grow by the day and I think he knows it too. He's the definition of a TRUE best friend. So sweet... and funny.. and adorable.. And then of course my first period, the ONLY CLASS I HAD WITH HIM, was changed. GO FIGURE! The school doesn't want me to have happiness. They said "Oh? You're his best friend and you love him? My PC can't run shit lmaoo- I don't think I mentioned my cat, but Felippe is well! He's 15 currently, 3 years younger than me! I got him in 2019, I got him for my 14th birthday and I don't regret it one bit! I'm learning 8 languages! Japanese, Swedish, Spanish, Portuguese, German, Chinese, Icelandic, and Indonesian! I have the proficiency level of a 4 year old AT BEST, and that's with JP and SE, which are the languages I have the most vocab in rn... So what does that tell you about the others?
