Happy you found a place, be safe....don’t let people know you live alone. Pretend that a boyfriend, brother, male cousin lives with you. Especially as a single woman from America. Don’t appear to be alone. Bless up ❤️🇯🇲
@@MochaMoizelle when you have time check out a fellow Jamaican RU-vid channel (Politricks Watch.) It’s very informative on what is going on in the country, both good and bad. His mission is to bring Jamaica back to a point where it is safer than current times. He post daily...He is a ex police or soldier in Jamaica. So for his safety he altered his voice which is understandable. A lot of things that happens locally in Jamaica is not on the News...especially if it happens in lower income neighborhood. You will find it helpful to know which areas to avoid. I believe we should look out for each other. This channel will let you know what is going on. I also want to move to Jamaica one day in the future so your channel give me in inspiration as a fellow Black Woman.
Congratulations on your new home. 👏You look and sound so very happy. You look more rested and younger.😃 I knew you would be happy living in Jamaica, or any other Caribbean island. Caribbean people are genuinely usually friendly and helpful. Glad you are receiving the Caribbean love Jamaicans have to give. I’m very happy for you. Safely enjoy your new life in an Island paradise.
Really glad you have sorted yourself out. Stay alert, May our Good Lord protect you. Coming out Lord's will in August. Yes it's time to leave foreign and come home where everyone looks like us.
Girl I didn’t know you could sing! Your voice sounds so good! Congrats on the new place! So happy for you! Did the delivery persons hook up the gas stove for you or did you have to do it yourself? I want to join your FB group but I got rid of Facebook a few years ago and do not see myself going back to it. 😩
Well done M. Do you have a gas and carbon dioxide detector in the kitchen. If not please ensure you buy on. You should be able to pick up one for under 6000 Jamaican dollars. I certainly wouldn't pay more than 8000 for one. Just make sure it can read both gas and carbon. Stay blessed and safe. X
i'm joining the group! so wonderful to see you Mocha (watched your latest videos; you adapted so marvelously❤️) since i first saw you on Rashida's channel
Love your place! Yeah I don’t know how many times I had the conversation that just because I’m American doesn’t mean I’m rich. I had to learn patois quick to blend better. 😆
I'm so happy that you finally found an apartment in Kingston..I understand you got to stay safe so you can't show the outside..your apartment is nice & it is a lot of space..take your time to decorate it to your liking.. Tan a yu yard & Bless up..
Ya I agree with you on not showing the outside yet. Not sure you need to at anytime. You gotta stay safe. Hell even here in the states I'm not taking a picture where someone can see identifying information about my house or street.
I have been following your story and found it very interesting. I would like to see more content and I wish you well. Welcome to Jamaica and enjoy. After COVID-19 you will feel the heart beat of Jamaica
So happy you found a place you like. I hope you find some good friends there. Maybe you can reach out to some of those young ladies RU-vidrs like Annesha Adams, or Bicana.
Soooooo happy for you!! The place is looking so nice and peaceful. Learning to speak the language is so easy. You will conquer it soon and than you won't stand out so much when you speak. Do the vegetable patch. Enjoy your life. Blessings!!

Congratulations on finding a nice little place. Glad you chose Jamaica you seem to be happy and that is all that counts. Jamaicans will embrace you. You're right there is a lot of potential in Ja. especially for young people with good ideas. Learn how to move around using public transportation. Know where the points of interest are that way you'll be able to guide friends. I believe you're going to be fine.
Yesss, girl I'm so excited for you!! I'm loving this set up and I'm so glad you finally have a place of your own. Chile, I'm living vicariously through you! (If I sound hype...I am!!) I'm using your tips so I can 'blexit' too :) Much love from Philly!

Hi sis Congratulations on your move and getting your new place! I watched your other video because I’m about to move to Jamaica in August and I’m living in Atlanta and wouldn’t know anyone there. I haven’t told anyone yet because I don’t want to hear the negative comments. But I would really love to talk to you about the process and what to expect.
Many many Jamaicans were bought up with the illusion that America is a land flowing withmilk and honey. Many believe that the rich American lifestyle or the 'American dream' is to be envied and sought after. However, whether we are Jamaican, American, Canadian, Brazilian, etc as black people who live in various parts of the world, we all shared in the trans-atlantic voyage from African to various parts of the world where we now find ourselves. I happen to believe that our shared history has a lot to do with who we really are as a people. I also happen to believe that our shared history goes back beyond Africa. Please read Deutronomy 28. God initially called Abraham out of an idolatrious nation and told him in him and his decendants will all the families of the world be blessed. He told him to leave his family household and go to a land that he show him. Abraham left UR of the Chaldeans where they worshipped many Gods and practiced sexual immorality and idolatry. Abraham obeyed God. God led Abraham on a journey. He revealed himself to Abraham in the process. He promised him a son as Abraham had no children. He told Abraham that in his seed (son) would all the families of the earth be blessed. He made covenant with Abraham through the act of male circumcism. He told Abraham he planned to give him and his decendants the land of Canaan as the inhabitants of Canaan at the time practiced a lifestyle such as child sacrifices, child sexual abuse and many blood and sexual sacrifices which was an obimination to God. They also practised polygamy as a lifestyle. God wanted Abraham to know tbat he was One and that ad such he was a jealous God and would not tolerate idolatry and sexual immorality. Read Exodus 20:1-17. God told Abraham he intended to vomit out these inhabitants out of their land. The land of Canaan was inhabited by 7 major nations at the time. However God told Abraham that before he gave him the land of Canaan, he and his decendants would go into captivity as slaves to Egypt for 400 years. After this time, he would then deliver them with a mighty hand. He would then prepare them in the wilderness for them to know him as their God before giving them the land of Canaan, their promise land. This is exactly what haplened 400 years later. God made a perputual covenant with the people who came oit of Abraham's loins whom he called Israel. They became thev12 tribes of Israel. God gave them his laws (Exodus 20:1-17), his commandments and his ordinances. He instituted a priesthood, temple worship which also involved the sacrifices of certain animals, as substutionary and as types and shadows of the lamb of God that would take away the sins of the whole world by dying on a Roman cross and paying the price for everyone's sins. God warned his people when he entered into covenant with them (Deut. 28)not to break their covenant with him by practising the same idolatry and sexual immorality that they see the other nations practising. He told them if this happened rather than the light he called them to be to the lther nations (called Gentiles) these nations would take them into captivity and knowing who they are would treat them harshly and mercilessly. Many would die in captivjty. This has been Isael's experience since the Assryrian, Babylonian, Medes-Persian, Greek, Roman empire. Jesus is soon to take up his reign in this world. However the spirit of anti-Christ has been given permission from God to first do his best job until God says 'enough'. God is soverign over all that is taking place in heaven and on earth. Nothing escapes him. Many of Israel's prophets such ad Isaiah, Jeremiah, Ezekiel, etc prophesied that Jesus, Israel's Messiah would come one day and deliver them from their caltivity once anf for all. However many in Israel interpreted this as just financial deliverance. Given their history of bondage, exile and slavery to the nations where their gifts were used against them and to build great buildings such as seen in Egypt, etc. They became the tail rather than the head ad God intended them to be. Israel''s grestest lroblem wad not one of economics although that had a major part in their lives but one of departing from their spiritual covenant with Jehovah God, their heavenly (and earthly) father. This was the negative consequences of their action highlighted in Deaut. 28. When Israel's Messiah arrived, they did not recognised him as their focus was wrong. He came in a lowly manner and they rejected him ad their king. They failed to see who he really wad and how although identifying with them in their humanity, he was also their God who would pay the price on a Roman cross for their sins and in 3 days rose from death, defeating the power of satan over their lives once and for all, regaining authority over sin, sickness, disease and reconciling Israel as well as the rest of humanity back to God. Restoring the covenant between God, Israel and the rest of humanity that Adam and Eve lost in the garden to satan who introduced rebellion against God and the internalisation and inheritance of sin by all humanity born after this 1st act by Adam and Eve. This was the 2nd time Israel rejected God openly. The 1st time is recorded in the book of 1 sam 8 when Israel asked God via the prophet Samuel for a king to rule over them like the other nations. God granted their request. When Israel rejected their Messiah (Christ) because he didnt aplear in the way they expected, they were vehement they did not want him to be their king. They declared 'Give us Barabas'.And of Jesus they said 'Let his blood be upon us and upon our children and upon our children's children (grandchildren)' . The final captivity of the Israelites/hebrew people took place from the ports of Africa during the trans-atlantic slave trade where millions of Israelites were taken in captivity to the americans and to the caribbeans. Many hebrews had escaped into Africa several centuries before (AD70) just a Jesus had prophesied in Matthew 24.This was the final time that Israel would go into captivity to the gentile nations. This captivity lasted for 400 years as has occurred throughout bible history. God has said repeatedly that his blessings would manifest itself towards those who love him up to 3 and 4 generations and contriwise the curses would manifest itself in those that hated him up to 3 and 4 generations. God's order had always been for Israel the people he called to take his light (embassidor) to the nations (gentile world) to be the one to also preach the gospel of salvation to them. He called 12 hebrew disciples and commission them in Matthew 28 to take the gospel to the nations starting at Jerusalem, then to Judea, Samaria, and then to the rest of the world which include Asia and Europe. The gospel of the kingdom of heaven were not initially preached as a replacement theology by the non-Jewish world as we have been made to believe in history and in theology, but by Jesus hebrew disciples. Jesus himself was Hebrew from the tribe of Judah whom it was prophesied through the prophets would come and restore Israel back to God and to one another. Jesus started his church with these hebrew disciples (apart from Judas) according to the order that God had establised that the gospel would be first preached to the Jews (or to Israel) and then to the rest of the nations. This is despite the fact that the majority of Israel did not recognise Jesus Christ as their Messiah . However the curtains are lifting and the light is revealing the truth in these last days. Many Israelites belonging to the 12 tribes of Israel live in Africa, Asia, Middle East and Europe and other parts of the world where they were exiled or where many ran to escape persecution or death. . Many do not know their true spiritual identity. Many so called Jews who currently live in Israel are not the original Jews or Israelites or Hebrew people but are Russians jews from northern europe who were converted to Judiasm many centuries ago. This is a known fact. Many do not have a real authentic relationship with our heavenly father. Many reject the original dark skinned people of the land and has in a sense takrn their place. Many dark skinned people has been rejected by these so called jews becausebof the colour of their skin. In around the 3rd century the original jews with darker complexion was removed from artifacts, paintings, history books, museums, sculptures, etc and replaced with people of a paler complexion or with european features often depicted by many hollywood movies. I believe your mission to Jamaica, one of the land of our captivity, is an interesting one. As you connect back with your creator and father, i pray he will enlighten your eyes, ears and heart and will reveal and confirm many things to you. God bless you.
