Fun fact: their drummer, Gabe, never played metal before he joined I Prevail (he was a church drummer who made RU-vid videos). He's one of the best drummers in the metalcore genre right now, despite only playing it for 4-5 years as of now.
They are so much harder live than anything I've heard studio.. They had to leave stage a little early in Rogers AR a few days ago so Godsmack could play before a storm hit but they definitely impressed the crowd while they were up there
I've seem them live twice, bought the VIP experience so I met them all, but also won a contest that was all band trivia so I was BACKSTAGE for the second one. Most amazing concert of my life, I hope you enjoy it and are headbanging so hard you can't move the next day 🤘
Seen them live Twice now. First time was my first ever concert before they got super big, back in 2015. Saw them with Crown The Empire and Hollywood Undead. It was around Halloween so they had costumes on, dressed up like Mario characters. Still my favorite concert.
Yes..but c'mon people why most of the people never name LIFELINES album...that has good songs like Alone, Scars, Worst part of me, Come and get it, Pull the plug, Lifelines.

So when this song dropped, it was an instant repeat for me, for days. The lyrics, the breakdown, and the way they completely grew with their sound for this album... this band is just amazing. This album, though... you have bangers like this song, and then softer sounds like Deep End, and then absolute slaps like FWYTYK... just YES 😍😍
My Michigan boys finally on the channel!! So pumped you liked this, so much more in store for you with I Prevail🤘🤘🤘🤘 i know you dont usually do album reactions, but i hope you do reactions for all the songs on true power, would be so amazing❤
As someone that listens to I prevail.... This song tho... Has a falling in reverse and from ashes to new vibes... Love this band and actually met them in person 1 time before ... LFG bro
Just recently met Eric, (the heavy singer) at the parkway drive show in Detroit. Super fucking cool dude! Seen them twice since, along with Bad Omens. Both bands are INSANE live! Would love to see more I Prevail if you find yourself with extra time, much love Alex!🤘
Love it!! This song is so catchy they were the number one hard rock song when it dropped. Pretty sick and happy for them this album had a lot of success. It was a really good album from them overall.
I would recommend Holding Absence - Afterlife Bring Me The Horizon - Avalanche Sonic Syndiacate - Turn It Up The Used - Sound Effects and Overdramatics Evans Blue - Cold (and) Erase My Scars Powerman 5000 - Free Hoobastank - Dame Direction Coheed and Cambria - Welcome home Anberlin - Godspeed Emil Bulls - When God Was Sleeping (overall Emil Bulls has lots of good songs. They are also a German band, so I guess that might be interesting. Since you also like Rammstein and Electric Callboy. But they are not like any of those 2 music wise.)
Dude, YOU GOT ME INTO THIS BAND!!!! How have you not delved into this amazing album???? React to the whole thing please. This album is awesome, it shows growth, healing and strength for the band. It makes you realise that getting everything out in the Trauma album helped, and they are all about how that felt
Finally more I Prevail! Such a good band. Also as a suggestion, some other bands you haven't reacted to in awhile that dropped new videos recently. Shinedown - A Symptom of Being Human Whitechapel - I Will Find You
This is my favorite song by them lyrically speaking, this just hits me deep on a spiritual level. Rather than the addiction to bad things like drugs or alcohol my message to it is more on how I felt in my toxic relationship back in highschool and pushing people close to me away. Hence 'burn bridges just for fun, Have I gone numb..."
i don't care , your vibes , you personality. you're just the best reaction channel on RU-vid ever. just sayin.. its just the fact that you can FEEL that you are true , that's who you are , and I feel like its a really hard thing to do in front of a camera , I really appreciate that , thank you man , you always put me In a good mood .. (salutes from Italy man , big fan )
Saw them in concert with Godsmack a few days ago! They absolutely rocked but I couldn't understand a single word they said. I was worried it was sound quality thing but I was able to hear Sully perfectly so who knows
really glad you checked these guys out. they became one of my favorite newer bands over the pandemic, and i finally get to see them live at Download Festival in june. so stoked 😃
Glad to see you giving these guys a little bit of love. I’ve been loving their stuff ever since they came onto the scene with the Blank Spaces cover but this album was truly something else to me. I had fully expected Planet Zero from Shinedown to be my favorite album of 2022 and it was until True Power came out. As soon as I listened to it I knew I had to see it live and promptly bought tickets to see them in Denver. The 2-3 months of waiting was absolutely worth it. So far I have never been to a better concert.
I have never done "reaction videos" till watching ronnie radke's reaction to other peoples reaction to voices in my head. Needless to say, we have the same reaction to all the same music... I FREAKING LOVE YOU DUDE!!!!!! seem like you would be the shit to bs with all day over amazing music and musicians.
I'm glad you dig This man! You'd probably also enjoy From Ashes to New. Decent catalogue of mellow and alternative. Clearly Linkin Park inspired 😁 much love to you brother! 🇦🇺
From their last album Trauma I would recommend Hurricane, Every time you leave, Breaking Down, and Paranoid. From their latest album True Power I highly recommend Deep End.
I've been watching your videos from when you found Slipknot (fav band) and now you've found I Prevail...God. it genuinely makes me happy seeing somebody react and enjoy this music as much as I do 🙏🏻
I’ve seen I prevail in the background and never got into them but always respected them. This year they have hooked me with their new album and I’m seeing them tomorrow I can’t wait!
i seen i prevail open up for hollywood undead at the intersection in grand rapids michigan in 2015...we were 2nd row just left of dead center stage .. they killed it and after they show they came and hung out with the crowd by the merch booth
