Captains are pretty sick, but like you said, it's difficult to pull. I've only pulled 3 and probably bought close to 80 packs or so. Maybe even 100 by now. I've been buying 10 packs a day. Perhaps it would be easier to pull if you bought an entire box, idk. And I've only pulled 1 Bounded by Honor Poulin/Nurse.
