Thank you for everything, guys. This wouldn’t be possible without you. If anything, I hope this keeps Grady in more conversations about most talented players ever. Enjoy ❤
I feel like this is every little kids dream... getting to see their favorite player in real life, let alone getting to do an interview with them. If anyone deserves it, it's you Fuzz, congrats!
Bro, I had the BIGGEST smile on my face watching this. Grady was one of the most electric players during the Eric Wedge era. Congrats for landing the interview of a lifetime.👍
In 2006, when I started playing baseball as a kid, my family had never followed baseball, and we didn’t live anywhere near an MLB team, so I was a “free agent fan.” I decided to watch a season and pick my favorite team based off of my favorite player from that year. Grady Sizemore was that player, and I’ve been a Cleveland fan ever since
Grady Sizemore to you is Craig Biggio to me. I’m 30 years old, but when I was 3, I saw Biggio making diving plays at 2nd and was like, “Daddy, I want to play like him.” It would be my absolute #1 of #2 on my bucket list to meet him one day. Congrats on meeting Grady. Great guy like you Fuzzy!
I'm a life long Cleveland boy myself. Grady is and will always be one of the all time greats in team history. I remember the time we were at a random Tribe game sitting by the "Grady's Ladies" section of Grady's all female exclusive fan club. He touched so many lives that he probably wasn't even aware of. Such a talent. This was a great interview!
Fuzzy im kinda shocked how gifted you are in interviews. Like literally even with your favorite player ever, you look incredibly relaxed, and you can tell grady appreciated that.
It's not often we get to meet people we admire and even more rare to meet people that inspire us to do big things in life. You got to do that, and not only that, you got to honor him in your own way and show him respect. Telling someone they were great at something is awesome but telling them they inspired you is next level because it means all of the long hours of hard work, sacrifice and effort truly meant something positive to others in a profound way, more than just numbers and stats. That's real impact. Great job, dude.
That's awesome, I'm happy for you. Ruben Sierra is my fav of all time. He hit a home run from each side of the plate on his 21st birthday in the same game, has an All-Star game home run, and had a couple of playoff moments with Yankees, but Rangers is how I remember him. Again, that is awesome you got to meet Grady
The fact that you have all these stats about him memorized and I’m sure you’ve had these memorized for years it really shows how much you like your favorite player it’s so cool to see congrats man
This is so cool Fuzzy! He's one of my all time favorites too. Too bad the injuries sidetracked his career. So happy you got to do this and share it with us.
as a brewers fan much love to Grady, I was pretty young and just getting into baseball when he was hitting his peaks and he is still one of the few non brewers players from that era that I heard about and and remembered throughout the years because of the things I saw him do
Wow as a guardians fan I've already heard about him but know I understand why people loved him so much. Such a unique player. Thanks for the content fuzzy! Keep it up
So proud of you your dream finally happened! You deserve it man, keep the grind going! Also ps, never give up because you never know. We love you fuzzy!
Thanks Fuzzy!!!!!! Im 31 yrs old & I remember watching Grady play!!! He was great!!!! Love this page!!! Thanks Grady for taking time from your day for this content
I have to add, Sizemore has to be one of the most humble athletes ive ever seen in an interview. His humility in saying he never hit his potential and knowing he could have done more is cool to hear
as a yankee fan so much respect for this guy, he played the game right he hustled never gave up on a play he just played right, such an underrated player.
As a fellow lifelong Tribe/Guards fan, I would have fanboyed hard. Thome is my all-time favorite, but Grady is at least top 5. Kwan definitely made a splash last year for me. GO GUARDS!!!
I played with Grady growing up into high school and summer ball. I was 1 yr older. He always let his play do the talking for him, not his mouth, like he said in the interview. Grady was certainly fun to watch. Glad you got to meet him.
As a Red Sox fan I was pulling for him to make a comeback. He had the best spring with us. Just didn’t translate in the regular season. Since then I haven’t tone in to spring training games cause i those was back 🤕
So cool you got to meet him id love to meet my idol..andrew jones. I played center field because of him even used his batting stance..thanks for baseball stats fuzzy love it!!
This has got to be nuts bro. I’d want to hang out with Jeff Bagwell but I wouldn’t have composed myself as well as you did. Great job, great interview skills.
Very Cool video! I had no idea about your love for Grady but I thought that was cool and more ball players need the ‘Flowers’ while they’re alive and Grady DESERVES his Flowers!!!
Yooo, this was so good. Every single second of it. I love seeing Grady and him talking about the younger players and a possible comeback ? 🤔 I know he said nah, he’s better suited to helping these players. HOWEVER, he is so well spoken and he’s measured in responses. I would like to see some commentary from him! He’s probably got great takes! Grady is the damn 💣 for making this happen! 💜
Just want to say Congratulations to you..keep up the good work. Just like Grady inspired you, there are people who get inspired by your work ethic and dedication too.
Miss this man everyday. Was my favorite player growing up and still is. Wish he would come back to the guardians, even just for one game. Would mean the world to me and my dog
So happy for you Fuzzy! Been subscribed to you since 2018. You inspire everyone including me to chase our dreams and just love the game of baseball! Thanks for everything you do in the baseball community!!
Got dang, I miss watching him play! And he's still just as gorgeous as he ever was! ❤ Let's do one final comeback season in Cleveland, Grady, just like Thome!
So happy for you. I can tell how passionate you are by getting to meet him. And seeing that made me smile from ear to ear. You have made me like grady because of how much you appreciate him.
I don’t think Grady realizes how much Cleveland loves him. He is too humble to let that creep into his thoughts. I know if he came back to this area to do a signing the amount of people who would show up would be amazing. Thanks for the interview, you never hear anything about him and nice to see him again. Thank you!
I wish this had been true when he came back to the Jake to play with Boston in 2014. The reaction was shameful. Barely anything, and what was there was mostly boos. It was so bad that it upset his wife & MIL. I talked to them both games they attended and they were not happy about it at all. Apparently, he was very nervous to play there again and then that happened. There were even Boston fans in the bleachers defending him against the assholes. I’d like to think that the real fans would come out if he were to be honored by the Guards. I hope so, at least. He deserves it. People acted like he intentionally got injured or personally attacked them.
What a great interview. What a great job 👏… WHAT. GRADY SIZEMORE !!! So happy you were able to make this happen. To finally meet your favorite baseball player. This will probably be one of your lifetime highlights
Wow... all you hear from him is TEAM... not ME. His humility is a RARE characteristic to have these days. I hope he continues to do great things in baseball and one day maybe he'll be managing somewhere. Good interview Fuzzy!
Fuzzy i’m legitimately, getting choked up over here! This is what it’s all about having a lifelong dream come true like this! This is how I would feel if it was me, and Ken Griffey, Jr. Keep doing what you do man you’re the best!
