I finally got my ps5 last week and I've been playing Bloodborne for a week. This is a compilation of DLC boss fight clips from my first Bloodborne playthrough. 30 fps is a nightmare, but this game is definitely a masterpiece!
Welcome to bloodborne Ongbal ! Hope you have a good time with it, especially with the parry mechanics :) You will get used to the 30fps soon Weapon at risk 6:25 XD I also want a PS5 too..... :(
@@vxriuz fromsoft never comes back to older/finished games. so either another company will pick it up and make some sort of remaster like in demon souls or you just have to keep playing with 30 fps
@@poleofversatility7074 Nah. Ongbal is being overly cautious because he doesnt wanna get clipped by fire, or boxed in, causing him to miss lots of windows for punishment. You could confortably spend 90% of the fight glued to Laurence and still dominate the fight. In the very example you listed, OngBal could have dodged into the grab and wailed on him, instead of walking out and in range. Maybe he just didnt have ample oppotunity to fight Laurence, but speaking as someone who can confortably kill him first try on a run (took me dozens of tries my first time fighting him), you absolutely do not have to play as conservately as ongbal is playing here. You dont have to wait much at all.
People who've played since 2015: "Yeah I'm pretty good at the game." Ongbal after one week: "I have been granted eyes beyond that of even the Great Ones. My skill is otherworldy, my timing, impeccable. May they fear my blood. Fear it, welps."
Congratulations on receiving your console! Bloodborne is my favorite frome game and I hope you enjoyed it as much as all those who played it for the first time :)
I would love to watch an hour long video of you learning a boss in any souls game. I wanna see how you manage to learn these bosses so perfectly making them look like theyre easy game
Fromsoft reuses a lot of animations, if you pay attention you'll be surprised how many things are similar across very different souls games. Experience makes mastering their other games much easier.
Dude got the game for like, a week and is already better at the game than 99% of its playerbase Edit: dudes on this site be so tilted over some light-hearted joke 💀
Never played Bloodborne but i see why most people say this is masterpiece and a nightmare. The Orphan of Kos alone has one of the epic and weirdest entrance and moveset, no wonder fromsoft has one bizzare boss in every franchise, you finally joined the hunt Ongbal.
Remember how Orphan was supposed to be one of the hardest souls bosses out there? I tried this strategy after watching this is damn it works very well.
Damn dude, you are amazing as usual!! What you did to the Orphan of KOS can only be called total humiliation!! 14:00 Combo of strong blows is the best!! I didn't think it was even possible! Every time I watch your game, I see that the lion's share of fromsoftware bosses just jump like crazy, and the player is left alone to stand and wait to insert a blow!
That Ludwig fight was something else. I listen the fight's OST often so hearing how well it synced with the fighting and the cutscene genuinely made me teary. Splendid stuff man.
Seeing you beat Orphan of Kos that easy just makes me cry, haha. I spent so many countless hours on that boss. Probably one of the hardest bosses I've fought in a soulsborne game.
I am so happy you finally got the ps5! 🎉 Also the triple backstab on the orphan is something that requires a lot of precision I knew you would have done it 👍🏻
Sir that's not how you are supposed to play the game after you just bought the game! You are already doing no damage runs on this game, holy crap man you are the GOAT!
I'm not dreaming Ongbal uploaded a video on Bloodborne and you play with such ease without the padlock it's just incredible you have all my respect man assure you :) (It was magnificent by the way the first phase against Ludwig.❤️)
Laurence gave me PTSD and you inflicted it back on him. I never knew he could be THAT easy. I honestly thought he’s the one you would have trouble with the run.
Finally, now it’s Bloodborne bosses’ turn to get humiliated by ONGBAL :D Are you going to try getting to Queen Yharnam? Chalice dungeons might be boring af and defiled Amygdala is probably the worst boss experience I’ve ever had in a videogame but the Queen fight is really cool and you might have fun chain-parrying Keeper of the old lords :)
I was watching this and the first Ludwig part and suddenly wondered if ONGBAL would be interested in Monster Hunter. The constant distance control and anticipating hitbox landing points reminds me greatly of the TA speedruns
i've been waiting for this man to play bloodborne forever since i started watching him. glad he finally got to it. hope to see more videos of it in the future.
Amazing that the grandmaster of no hit finally played what is in my opinion the greatest Fromsoftware game made to date. I'm interested....how do you feel the difficulty compares to Sekiro?
Damn! The level of skills you all have is just insane, not just Ongbal but many people here in the comment section have such a good understanding of the game mechanics. I am a FPS shooter kinda player so souls games are new to me. I played dark souls back in the day, but left it as it was too difficult for me, played Sekiro and was too difficult for me. Finally starting to play elden rings and defeated a couple of main bosses at level 38. I'm hoping to get better every day. I am loving the experience till now.
Finally! Didn't use beast blood pellet, speedrun fight strats, did it like you want... i respect that! Will be great to see you in depth 5-th dungeons whis all rites. Best regards, Papadeus!
Its insane how fast you can learn to no hit bosses. I only was able to no hit the dlc after like 200 hours of playtime in bloodborne and like 15 playthroughs and here you are makin it look easy again.
Your ability to make some of FromSoftware's hardest creations look trivial is amazing. I would love to see a "Bloopers" or "Failed Attempts" reel if you have one. Like, how many tries did it take till you learn the strategy you like?
First time seeing this dude playing souls games I was like omg this dude is a souls god regarding to his fight against Ludwig but after seeing Maria I'm a little bit confused just because parry cheese tactic is a wellknown and easy to perform against Maria. Imma keep watching...
It was cool seeing you do the second stagger backstab on Orphan. It's something I figured out when doing my BL4 run, and I'm not sure I've seen it done elsewhere until now.
What impresses me the most is that you managed to keep the NPC in Ludwig's arena alive, too. They usually die to any number of his attacks without most players even noticing.
I've been backstabbing the orphan whenever I can (not as skilled or consistently tho) and never knew you can double stagger it before backstabbing it! That is so neat!
