I've been there, and when I see the kind of love and attention Noah gives to Kcup, and vice versa, its encouraging to my soul, and helps me envision the kind of rltnshp I'd like to have one day. Having lost my father at the early age of 4 due to a divorce, I also then lost my mother bc she went into a deep depression that I felt compelled to pull her out of so we could have some sense of stability. It's been quite a road, and I'm not saying I want to quit life, although I've been there at times, but I do crave that feeling of safety and comfort that I never got from either my mother or father. So on some level i guess it's nice to see the interactions between these two. However, I dont care much for when Noah pranks her about leaving her or breaking up with her or not talking to her for 24 hours. It seems mean to me more than funny, but that's their thing. It's not for me to say. I can't believe I'm 62 and still have only found the kind of love I crave in the Lord. He is ever faithful, ever accepting, and ever forgiving. But some real flesh and blood arms around me would be nice also. :) Be well.
