Regarding that one part where they paused about the sound effect used when Sonic & the Wisp hi-fived, it's cause it's the EXACT same sound that's used in Jacksepticye's Intro's. So to people who immediately recognize it, their brain may go right to "TOP OF THE MORNIN' JALADDIES, MY NAME IS JACKSEPTICYE" when hearing it.

28:02 So this blaze is the one we meet in The DS game Sonic Rush and we get to see her dimension in Sonic Rush Adventure also on the DS, and for the silver stuff Sonic 06 was technically declared not canon (even though it is referenced sometimes) and Blaze's story was modified to be a princess from another dimension and not from the future like silver is but I could miss some infos cause it's been a long time I didn't check

I recommend after finishing the adrenaline dubs videos you should continue with the game apologist videos after the metal virus arc especially cause he has a video on the Urban Warfare arc which improves a lot of the characterization for all the characters in that arc especially Shadow

SR focuses on actually recapping while adding GA's opinions so its a good option! Watching Sonic rebound would also be fun its animated brilliantly!
