50 hour player here. Snow comes during the Cold Snap random event. It looks really nice! After you get six stars, the reputation points don't do anything anymore. You get up to 30 from customer happiness, and every single upgrade is 60, no matter what. T2 trash can for $150? 60 points. T4 gas pump for $2250? 60 points. Random anything that your Builder upgrades for literally free? 60 points.

Honestly, there will probably be a new update soon with a bunch of new content soon seeing how much the developer updates the game. Plus, you can still open a new station and play the hard mode.

The reason your shelves didn’t get full is it because if you order multiple of one item, it comes in one box, so you need to do multiple small deliveries of each item to fill the shelves
