Everyone’s saying you should watch Hot Fuzz next and then At Worlds End because they’re part of this “trilogy”. You definitely should watch them if you liked this movie!!

Great reaction! If you dig this style of humor, of course everyone's going to recommend Hot Fuzz and World's End, but the TV series the crew did before Shaun of the Dead is Spaced = hilarious 14 (30min) episode series that no one seems to review.

28 Days Later definitely has the scariest zombies, imo.

28 days later has the most terrifying realistic zombies/people. Because zombie is never mentioned. It’s something else. If you ever get around to it check it out. It’s worth a watch if your into suspenseful horror at a real level

Also you should watch the rest of the cornetto trilogy. Shaun of the dead Hot fuzz Worlds end Imo one of the best trilogy made (they are different stories, but with same director and cast).

This is the first of three films in the Three Flavors Cornetto trilogy. They are not connected by plot, but all have similar feels and the occasional reference. I think Shaun of the Dead is the best of the three at the genre it was tackling. Hot Fuzz is easily the most fun and the one people would like the most (you would have a darn blast with that movie!). The World's End is my favorite one, and the most mature of the three in several ways, though it can also arguably be considered the weakest when compared to the other two.

Love this movie. One of my favorites. Also, fun fact: the actor who plays Pete did the voice for Darth Maul in Phantom Menace.

There are a few repeated gags in the other films in the Cornetto trilogy. They're both hilarious and, like this one, go from a seemingly harmless plot into chaos.

I watched this my first year away at college and honestly forgot how it ended 😂 Simon Pegg and Nick Frost are a great team, their movies are hilarious.

Like you, I was obsessed with Zombie films in my 20's (back in the early 2000's). And as luck would have it, that's when a lot of today's most well-known Zombie movies were made/hit theatres. I knew nothing about "Shaun of the Dead" going in. Nor had I seen, at that point, any of the other "Cornetto Trilogy" films, so I had no idea it was going to be a comedy. To me it was just another Zombie-thing to see. I came away extremely gratified by it. I love how it completely turns the entire "Zombie Genre" upside down, and makes fun of all the usual tropes that those movies are chock full of. Just a brilliant flick!

The stuff going on in the background slowly leading up to the zombies is genuinely spooky and realistic than just it suddenly happening.

during a interview they said most other Zombie movies are zombie movies with a cheesy love story... in this one they said they wanted to make a love story, a romantic comedy but these dam zombies keep interrupting them. lol that's why a lot of the dvd/blu ray covers had "a romantic comedy with Zombies" in quotes at the top. lol this is one for the ages!

Definitely in my top 5 favorite movies of all times. Damn near every word and action is a reference to something else and you constantly keep finding them on rewatches.

One of the funniest Zombie Comedy Horror films I've ever seen in my entire life! You'll laugh until you cry!

Not sure you caught it but the guy playing the boyfriend of Shaun's friend he keeps running into is Martin Freeman from the Hobbit movies, the BBC series Sherlock and Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy. Also the actor who plays the annoying twat known as David, is Irish comedian Dylan Moran who has some great stand up specials, and starred in a hilarious BBC series called Black Books which I would highly recommend checking out at some point. While I'm sure you'll watch the rest of the cornetto trilogy, I hope you'll also check out Simon Pegg and Nick Frost with Seth Rogen in their movie Paul, which honestly feels more like the 3rd part of the trilogy than Worlds End does, at least to me anyways.

The dvd has a video clip that shows what happened in between leaving the winchester and the end of the film. After dawn ran out she made it to a tree and lived off David’s leg till things died down and Shawn came back to find Ed hiding under the stairs and lured him back to the shed.

Ah, there is Tires 15:57 on the left in his Yellow hat! Full Circle, in the beginning Pete tells Ed to go live in the Shed, in the end he is!

You should watch the British TV series Spaced which is where the whole Edgar Wright, Simon Pegg and Nick Frost first worked together.

Edgar Wright is one of my favorite directors! You should check out the rest of the trilogy, but also some of his other films like Scott Pilgrim vs the World and Baby Driver!

I thoroughly enjoy Shawn of the Dead, love the ending. Other funny Zombie movies, Zombieland (2009), and Warm Bodies (2013). For an excellent, unfunny Zombie movie watch the subtitled S.Korean, Train to Busan (2016).

Great reaction!! Love this film! It's a Love Letter to old school Zombie movies, wrapped up in a comedic package. So well done!! You have to checkout the whole "Cornetto Trilogy" now!! Hot Fuzz, then The World's End!! They aren't a linear trilogy, but they're all set in the same universe with Cornetto Ice Cream being the one constant thread.

Now that you have watched the first Edgar Wright movie I highly recommend going on RU-vid and watching some videos about these movies, because after the first watch you haven't seen a quarter of the movie. For general interesting facts I would recommend CinemaWins-Videos about the movie (I think he has actually covered all Edgar Wright movies so far). And then there are of course deeper videos about the movies and the hidden meanings of them (yes, there is actually much hidden meaning in them, at least in most of them, especially all from the cornetto trilogy). The CinemaWins-Videos at least I think would actually make for a great reaction-video 😉 Well, and then there are of course still more movies from Edgar Wright. I myself almost always think of movies based on the director and Edgar Wright is one of the best working right now. You still can watch: Hot Fuzz The Worlds End -- Cornetto Trilogy End -- Scott Pilgrim vs the World Baby Driver -- And coming this year -- Last Night in Soho (although this is a departure as it will be a rather slow phycological horror movie)

Everyone's recommending Hot Fuzz and I do too, but if you like this style of comedy and cinematography you should watch the Guy Ritchie film 'Snatch', it's got a lot of the sarcasm, dry humour and a similarly fast-paced editing style
