Nowhere on the web has anyone compiled a list of the rewards from these quests, but we know several of them award MyCareer Rep. You can literally hit 40 doing the intro quests over and over. Maybe someone could go through and list all the rewards to see if it's worth grinding MyCareer for level 40.
