To be clear, the Panthers offense would be like the Dolphins offense in the XFL. People underestimate how talented even the worst nfl teams aer compared to college and xfl/usfl teams. The best college team in the nation would get shutout 140-0 against the worst nfl team.

RBT whenever you want to sign free agents and one of their reasons for not being interested in signing is because of your scheme fit just switch it so something that favors their position and then that should bring their interest way up. Then once you sign them just change it back.

Great video man! I wonder if you do a challenge where each year you HAVE to get a certain number of wins in 5 years. For instance, year one you need between 0-4 wins. Year two you need 5-8 wins. Year three you need 9-12 wins. Year four you need 13-15 wins. Year 5 you need 15+ wins AND you have to win a super bowl

Gross-Matos is a great player to move to DE. Becomes a 75/76 overall and is a beast in the right system. Also moving Brown to DT is a good move to the Panthers.

As a panthers fan. You blame the coaches? As a panthers fan I blame the players. 3 different coaches with some of the same players having the same problems. And the owner isn't helping. Kept one coach too long and then didn't give the next one enough time. If you can't protect the qb, 40+ sacks, what's a coach supposed to do?

The panthers needed fixing and they finally got really fixed. YES! Super Bowl champions... now if only that could happen in real life... although at this point I'd even settle for a .500 season and then a playoff team. I just want more than a couple wins
