I believe it said boarding group 4 on your boarding pass because ANA has shifted to boarding their airplanes back to front regardless of cabin class during covid. Who knows if that's really necessary anymore, especially given that all the flights into and out of Japan I've been on recently have never had more than a handful of people, but that was the reason I was given when I flew ANA F from Narita to Chicago last year.

The main reason why I love ANA is that they are the cleanest airline in the world. (also because they have my 2 favorite planes, the 777 and 787) Another excellent video, Hoping one day to visit Japan with my Mom( and to Africa with my Dad, and to Russia with my brother XD)

Amazing video again man, I’ve been able to start back traveling and love it. Most of my travel is in the USA, I find myself judging 1st class compared to flying overseas 1st class or business. Again great video.

I like how most these airline review channels are all majority first,and business class review what about the common class guess they can eat cake. 😀

I haven’t heard anyone compare ANA’s business class to Emirates before - helps with our experience watching the video so much. Very nice review, but the 24 hour business isn't true as you know. The 19.00 flight from LHR-HND arrives at 15.50 in Tokyo. The flight from HND-FRA leaves at 00.50 and arrives at 05.20. This is more than 24 hours in my calculation.

Lovely, but looks like an otherwise pricey extravaganza.... And honestly, flying F on Ana, and the J back (which is pretty awesome too) is hardly a difficult thing...

I like these videos but I really don't understand even if he works for NASA I don't see how you could wear a NASA shirt like everyday...And is he like a billionaires kid or something? Some job sends him to these places? So NASA stops sending people to space 🌌🚀 And moon 🌝 .. but now they pay some dude to travel around the world endlessly? I really don't get it, maybe 🤔 he is just rich and likes to travel? If NASA IS paying for it, I really would LOVE to know what he actually does, for some reason I imagine him getting off the plane, spending all these thousands upon thousands of dollars for 1st class and upgraded business class and all this stuff, pays for taxi or Uber, all this fine dining caviare sushi 🍣 expensive liquor 🥃 etc, and he arrives at the "office", goes inside, literally puts two new fresh pencils ✏️📝 on his little fake "desk", grabs 3 memos and shuffles them around like a new anchor would do -- puts the paper into the shredder, grabs some blank paper from someone else's desk who ACTUALLY does work there--and puts it into the bottom drawer of his desk.... Looks around the office, nods in approval, and tells himself now THATS a "hard day's work". I mean seriously, what could he POSSIBLY accomplish for NASA or any others job, constantly flying to other countries where he does NOT even speak their language. Which means, he just, what, likes NASA? To the point that he wears one of their shirts literally every day pretty much? Even if he works there I've never worked a job even when they gave me free clothes that was endorsed by the company I would never wear it every single day--somethin ain't addin up here 😂 lol -- I really have tried to figure this out, if it's not paid for by employer, he spends SOOOO much flying that it's just like wasting hundreds of thousands of dollars every year--if it's for an employer -- what could that company possibly get from a guy going to a country where he does not even speak the language? Just constantly upgrading his tickets and stuff? Maybe they pay for basic and he pays for upgrade? Lol I really cannot figure this out, it'd be super rich it's just seems like a crazy waste of money and time and if it's for a job it's kind of the same exact thing it seems like a huge waste of time and money for a company to pay some dude to go to all these random countries and what ... He goes to like Japan 🗾 and just attends a meeting, and he understands none of it, and he just smiles and nods and shakes everyones hands or bows or whatever, he leaves, and then all the Japanese people ask each other, "who was that guy again?" 😂 Lol I'm sure theres an answer to this, but no matter which "scenario" I do, there's @ LEAST one thing that makes absolutely no sense. Even if you enjoyed traveling a lot, AND got RU-vid paid, how could that POSSIBLY offset the hundreds of thousands of upgrades to business and first class? There's just no way he's making hundreds of thousands of dollars off of RU-vid and then spending all of it basically doin the same thing OVER and over dealing with all the customs nightmares, security lines, I mean yeah some of these lounges are Kinda cool, I just think it's absolutely amazing that some airport or companies spent literally millions and millions of dollars on some of these massive lounges and only a few people can use them and then everyone else is just sitting around out in the main gates with money to burn, NOT spending it in the luxury lounges most would happily pay probably 50$ a pop to get into... And then when you start thinking about charging $7 a beer or like five or six bucks a shot do you have any idea how much money that's going to be? Even if they spent like $3 million dollars on the building they could recoup that and literally a year or two--but instead it's "only for Nicaragua air premium diamond members, Thursdays and Sundays ONLY. no alcohol served...bc of.....uhhh......oh yeah "COVID"! Even tho, doesn't liquor, like "naturally" sanitize things, especially the harder ones like everclear? Nope. NO alcohol. Because, NOT drinking, will.... Help, a pandemic....wait has anyone ACTUALLY thought through ANY of this? 😂

Sorry but this was not that great of covrage, no full service shown or amenty kit and you were too tired for the return flight to show us anything. Not a full comparison between the two flights. The whole point of these flights is to show us much as you can. Like your videos but not impressed with this one, you should of spend a day or two in Japan and regrouped with full energy for the flight to Frankfurt! When you are so tired and for good reason, it shows!

Quite comical that decades and decades after first flight travel that some seem to still believe jet lag exists.....a myth that had descended through time......ask a 1st Officer ! I do find it amusing

Good video, but it felt a little rushed compared to most of your videos. I know you were trying to cover two flights in your average video time, but I really would have enjoyed a much more in-depth video that you normally provide, even if it had to be a bit longer. Either way, great video!

Can you explain a bit more why there was caution issuing your ticket?

Please NEVER remove your shoes before departure, evacuating an aircraft safely and quickly in an emergency on the ground is never good wearing slippers, in fact, is suicidal. Burning fuel, broken glass and bits of dead bodies are not slipper territory. First Class has no priority during an evacuation and is treated the same as economy passenger's. Only ever put your posh comfy slippers on above 10,000 feet, once the seat belt sight is turned off. Surprised none of the crew told you this advice. Hopefully flying Business Class with KLM on the 787 April 2022 to Asia, I`m poor 😒 Apart from that, I`m jealous AF 🤣

This young man is a credit to himself & a bloody good international ambassador for our UK Island. Smart & bright as a button with such a gentlemanly quality about him that just oozes class & charm. A true British gentleman. Then again, I am common as muck & know fk all about fk all, but we are so addicted to this channel I cannot but like this chap. I did something very very similar back in 2000. I flew SJC-NRT-SJC just over and back on the same plane. Took about 21 hours if I remember. AA had just put the new 777 on this route and I just had to try it out!

So sad to see Haneda all closed like that. We flew into Japan just as covid started. Got 2 weeks in and out PM told us Aussies to get home asap Qantas cancelled our flights and left us stranded. Thank you Qantas. But we managed to buy new tickets though in economy not in the business class we had booked on originally on. Can't wait to travel back to Japan.
