Im convinced they gave a toddler a floor plan of BHX and some crayons, left them alone for 10 mins to make some doodles and they followed the Toddlers plan. It's ridiculous how incompetent some of these planners are. Put a slug through a salt maze and you'd get a better plan of an airport than whatever the people at BHX came up with...

vote with your feet, stop useing this airport, Manchester isnt perfect but the last twice I have flew from BHX almost missed our flights, plus no one needs the stress of having to turn up 4 hours before a flight
