Yeah, I had the same experience with my Madrid to Athens Business class on Iberia Airlines. Coach class seats as business. The nice touch was the coffee served with a quality chocolate, now that was excellent!!! Happy flying.....
Swiss are such a prime airline at the moment! The new C-Series a 777-300ERs really bring them into the present day. I’m British and a long time British Airways fan but given the choice of a BA or Swiss flight, it’d have to be Swiss.
In regards to the meal, it depends on the flight time, and time of day, sometimes OSL is hot meal, sometimes cold. If you fly the lunch time flight then you usually get the hot meal. The cold is considered as a snack.

Eeeek! And no curtain? Honestly: not accebtalble! Come on - for all that price difference give me at least a little bit of exclusivity..but they didnt even respect this at boarding. What is happening to Swiss? I mean: SWISS???? New socialist management? Just joking..but still..thats not the way to take care of your C passengers!.
yeah idk why they save money on premium customers. if you watch my recent Delta video you see a much better experience than on swiss. same flight time, but I got full meal service with table cloth, drinks on the ground, wet wipe and so on. thats what I expect from a premium airline. Also I'm not the biggest fan of the LH group with all whats happening with Air Berlin and Eurowings etc right now...

Leider ist das Essensangebot durchaus etwas geschrumpft in der ganzen LH-Gruppe auf den europäischen Flügen :( Swiss ist da keine Ausnahme. Aber dennoch denke ich, ist das Angbot mit der CS100 eine tolle Sache! Wirklich schöner Report und viele Grüße aus München

Plane looks fantastic, and service very nice even food was not attractive. Please Amandeuce when you travel Is because your business, please I would love to travel like that two three days short flights and discover cities like Oslo or malmo just to give you an example. All laptop charging cables cost around £60. I have paid up to £80 back in the day as my first Toshiba laptop one broke. It’s your fault you left it so don’t criticise Apple for it especially when it’s not overpriced. Other things they sell are but I wouldn’t say that about the MagSafe charger
Amandeuce Mag Safe chargers have a USP. The premium is for that reason, if it’s a similar technology that other manufacturers use which they don’t then the price would be about the same.

This "premium" product - with this paper indicating where Eco-zone begins and without premium-boarding - looks ridiculous for a quality carrier. Stripped down to the edge. No privacy, long queues at boarding - Ryanair can't be much worse - but certainly is ways cheaper.
das essen hier ist wirklich unterste Schublade. kenne ich so von swiss nicht. trotzdem die kabinenbesatzung hat sehr kundenorientiert gehandelt. also offensichtlich kein "friss oder stirb" Verhalten. Mir fehlt hier der champagner. welche marke? Ansonsten Daumen hoch
