Recipe for a deconstructed chocolate chip pancake:
Ingredients required: 1 egg, 1 2/3 tablespoons of butter, 2 tablespoons of brown sugar, 2 tablespoons of sugar, 3 tablespoons of flour, 1 tablespoon vanilla extract, chocolate chips, Hershey's chocolate sauce. (bowl, whisk, utensil)
Steps for creation:
1. Put butter inside a bowl and microwave the butter in 20-second intervals. You may need to do it multiple times to melt the butter fully.
2. Add in brown sugar and sugar.
3. Stir until combined.
4. Crack the egg and put the egg in the bowl.
5. Pour in vanilla extract.
6. Mix the new wet ingredients with the dry sugars.
7. Add in flour.
8. Using the whisk, stir all of the ingredients to combine. The mixture should thicken as you stir.
9. Place chocolate chips on top
10. Microwave for 1 minute 15 seconds
11. Add Hershey's chocolate sauce in a ring near the center
12. Spread the sauce with an utensil. I suggest a fork.
13. Enjoy.
