Lol true. Although I think the more concerning part is that he just assumes that his body will still have the same functionality in his late 40s that it has right now. I'm 46 and although I love the baking life-- my body is shot to hell. Arthritis + everything hurts and I'm always tired. Just can't do it anymore :/

All the episodes are amazing, but this one was even better, not just because Lud was on here, but because of the honesty about Maya’s need for mental stability when streaming and how much y’all supported that. I get if Maya isn't going to do guests for her own sake, but I think having half of the cast missing every time there's a guest other than Lud is going to make guest episodes seem tonally disjointed and regular episodes feel redundant more quickly.

It would absolutely be better to just have your own website. especially with Etsy fee increase, and implementation of offsite ads. @@3cookiess Yeah I guess I didn't even really touch on the other issues with Etsy. For example I recently lost thousands of dollars in sales because Etsy suspended my shop in error "due to a suspicious login-in." I received no communication and made a support ticket within an hour to try to get help. After they took forever to get back to me, I got a "sorry for the error and inconvenience, your account is being reinstated." As if losing thousands in sales is just an "inconvenience" and not a "I am about to lose my livelihood" type of mistake. I have still not recovered from this error. Maya and QT def don't need Etsy. Especially since Etsy is really mostly good for those that can't generate the traffic themselves or need to sell on multiple platforms. Etsy seller support is horrid.

i know some people would prefer this podcast to be face to face but i actually prefer this infinitely more! there are none of the downsides that live podcasting on stream brings like: tech malfunctions, chat being annoying shits, less focus on each other because of outside sources, slightly worse quality video. literally the only possible downside i could think of would be like virtually its less like an intimate conversation about life with friends, but its somehow been recreated greatly virtually and isnt a big deal anyway, to me. i just love it, it runs so smooth like this
