What you thought was a pixel glitch in the water at the harbour entrance of the harbour mission zone was a small floating platform. It gives your marines a chance to cross the harbour entrance without drowning (ie; rest on the platform for a few secs to regain breath, although a little risky if sending across more than 2 marines as the platform is kinda small). This is on occasion a better option than running all the way around the arbour front to get to the other side.
Ohhh 😮 that makes more sense. I think at the time I was thinking it was my phone 😂. It was also late at night when I recorded this, but good to know I can cross it. Would have saved me a lot of time.
