Okay so in case any of you guys didnt know, there is now a method for PC players to get into Xbox lobbies (hence the dot in his name). This virgin basically did the method AS WELL as buying cheats, just incase going against controller players wasnt easy enough for him.

I figured it was just a recorded clip on PC but using the Xbox game bar to use the record 30 seconds, you get the same result of it being uploaded to the Xbox network which is why they also have underscores on the gamertags.
