This Apartment was a total disaster. I walked in and there was trash everywhere and paper on the floor. That being said this place has HUGE potential. It takes up half the floor of the building which is incredible. Check out this NYC nightmare apartment tour and let me know what you think of the nightmare apartment story behind it! Bad new york apartments are everywhere, but i think after this bad nyc apartment is renovated and fixed up its gonna be one of the best, and ill have to come back and see it again!
