The Fjordur Series is a Syntac Adventure on the new Nordic map in ARK Survival Evolved. In this series Syntac will journey throughout Fjordur and its many Realms (Vanaheimr, Jotunheimr and Asgard) and encounter new beasts such as the Fjordhawk, Andrewsarchus, Desmodus Draculae and the Legendary Wolf Fenrir!

I was Curious, has Syntac ever tamed and mutated the R-Allos? They have all 6 regions and an absolutely amazing pattern. I would LOVE to see what Syntac would do with those.

Im pretty sure there are 15 chest locations in the ocean, but only only 4 spawn at a time. Usually around shipwrecks. Kind of weird that this one is so consistent

Not sure if you have a plan for your spare fjord hawks but if not something you could do would be build an aviary out of triangle foundations and window walls and leave the hawks on wander (I don't know if the hawks can fly out the windows so it might be a bad idea). Ps I love your videos and I hope you keep up the great work :)

After finished with fjodur on this series he cannot wield mjolnir as the character hasn't completed all the maps and gotten to a high enough level, that's something more suited for the ultimate ark series as I think for that one he completes all the maps on the same character

There are numerous ship wrecks around the ocean where those treasure chests spawn, I think they sorta work like Deep Sea loot crates and that only few will spawn on those locations in or around ship wreck locations.

Hey Syntac, my base is on the same island and to arrive quickly, you must select: Teleport to Vannaland - South (Easy), and South again.

I like to make a bunch of sleeping bags, thenrespawn candy to all the spawn locations, and rename them the direction i went. Then you can see exactly where all the spawns are. T

***Idea for a feature or mod in ARK: a device/engram that lets you make blueprints of structures that you’ve built, that way you can quickly build them again whenever you want. For example, let’s say you built a trap consisting of 5 gateways and 2 gates. You scan it using some sort of tool, and it makes a blueprint from it and lists all of the required materials. Now, instead of crafting the individual components of the trap and placing them one by one, you can just craft the blueprint and place the whole trap down at once.

That area nearly killed me, I got swarmed with Mosas. Didn't know there was a drop, ooof. FYI, there are black pearls scattered along the whole length of the Jormungandr skeleton.

Gportal added a new setting under basic settings: ServerAutoForceRespawnWildDinosInterval, 604800 is the default time, Timer to force respawn of wild dinos on server restart (value in seconds). This will prevent certain dino types (like the Basilo and Spino) from becoming depopulated on long running servers. 0 disables this option.

@@iirellav well i have been admin our clusters for over a year and until a recent update on gportals web site we did not. I am not saying that this setting is not old as it was added in aug 2017. I am saying it has not been a gportal setting in basic settings tab.

The teleport location you want to be using is “Vannaland (South)” and then you pick S, if I’m not mistaken.

Fish tipp: everybody knows about the aberrant cave on Fjordur? The one with the purple crystals in the entrance? Inside spawns: goats, ravagers, karkinos. Now where the karkinos spawn there is a waterfall with a little pond. In that pond you can tame/basket x-sabertooth salmon. I recommend for everybody who wants a shadowmane. :)

I have found that chest but since our server has some loot crates in the wrong spot didn't mention it love its double spawns great one to farm every 2 hours. Just go straight up touch the roof and straight back down.

You should check out Super Spyglass open source. It combines the spyglass with the magnifying glass which is super nice for checking levels, torpor and health on dinos

Fun math fact : to take down this mosa with 300k health, you need 3k advanced bullets considering syntacs andrew saddle deals 100 damage. Damn they tanky

the underwater mosa area is so broken omg ... 4 alpha mosas .. alpha squid .. alpha whale .. 5 regular mosas several plesios ... i peaked in there with a 260 lvl squid and got destroyed instantly cause they all charged at me, also the gasmask/scubamask all do not work on fjordur , they have absoluetly no effect

I know I should of asked this earlier when I had the chance in the other vids but I have a problem with my giga spawns I’m on ps4 if that means anything but there were tons of gigas before and I tamed a 140 my max is 150 but after I killed all the other gigas because they were low level and now no more will spawn so I don’t know if I will have to kill my giga to reset it because I already used cheats to kill every wild Dino but can someone help me please

Head over to the megapithicus boss cave on the east side of the main land. You can get all color gems, element shards, nameless venom, mushrooms galore in there. There is also a red and yellow loot crate that i have gotten amazing blueprints and items from. Watch out for ravagers, rock drakes, purlovia, spinos, seekers and karkinos. It's not too scary tho

Something kinda similar happened to me when i was playing on my new server. There was a 150 bary he was with me since the beginning i got to level 49 to unlock the saddle the went to tame it but it was gone back then i didnt even knew how to do dinowipe.

I had the opposite problem. Went in the trench to tame a max level Mosa I spotted the other day. And 4 alpha mosas jump me. Kill them and another spawns, plus an alpha tuso

With s+ pistol you can actually kill instantly dinos while sitting in the saddle and all exp will go to your dino so you don't have to hit it thousand times to get the job done...

Syntac if u kill a dino with the s+ gun while riding on a dino itll get the levels, like when u were killing gigas with the turtle u can shoot the s+ gun off it and shoot the giga and the carbo will get the levels
