Once we passed our first trimester we are in safe mode, I would say just maybe traveling on really rough Bumby roads for long periods may not be healthy. being you do Yoga is the best exercise. I'm super excited for you sister being able to watch you bloom into a woman. love you take care. Queen Anacaona

Relax, enjoy motherhood, take your rest, and accept help. Oil your tummy , wrapping your tummy after birth. Steam your body. You will be ok. It's normal to have mood swing. Marwa will need to understand and support you.

I am a chiropractic Doctor, board certified, licensed in 3 states and have certifications in wholistic health coaching. I am residing and working in the USA but I am a Jamaican. I am concerned about you being anemic and having hormonal issues. The solutions to these issues are simpler than you might think but they can fall outside of contemporary healthcare practices. Rocio the coast is where you need to spend most of your travel for now. 10days is too short and compact. There is so much to see from Diani all the way to lamu. marwa should not rush you to leave the coast. the coast provides you with relaxation, the ocean the environment, the beach. You guys need to spend 1 month at the least or more because when you leave kenya you will not see a beach for a long time it will be go go go in big cities and it can be tiring and stressful especially with your pregnancy.

Check-up is good. Any issues the doctor can monitor and tell you from early. Sometimes, depending on where you're. They check to see if there is any genetic pass on issues. Sometimes, you are nauseous and vomiting in the first trimester. Losing weight is normal. Pregnancy makes you feel for certain food. Eat what you can manage.

Marwa, this is the second time l hear you telling Rocio to climb a tree, and in my opinion, it's not advisable to do so, bearing in mind that she is with child which is a delicate time at this moment. With that said, l wish you both an enjoyable holiday and that all will be well with Rocio until delivery. God's richest blessings. By the way, i should commend those advice from the nurse and also those questions and answers were on point which cleared up a lot of rumors by those insensitive people.(wont mention)
