Considering all of my neighbors have ar15s they bought without a license, you can 100% own a semi auto rifle. There's rules on some guns, and soem states have stricter gun laws, but for the most part you can just buy a rifle at a gun shop.

The one thing missing from these games is being able to "view" the unit with the door open so you can make an educated guess on what to bid, it would be cool if they added some stuff you could see that would give you hints on what to bid

Drea I found a walk around. Carry the weapons cases on your numbers 1 and 2 then park a car near the weapons seller then you can just tavel to the dealer and sell them risk free.

Not sure of the exact year, but any weapon manufactured after a certain year in the late 1800s is regulated by the federal govt. So if you buy a storage locker and there is a modern firearm inside, you are required by federal law to inform law enforcement. I'm not sure if you can end up retaining the weapon after they check it out. But I know the weapon would have its serial number checked out and looked up to find out if it is stolen and/or fully legal. I believe it also would be test fired so the gun can be checked against the federal database in case it was used in a crime. But I'm not entirely certain about that part.

Maybe using a box truck to transport the gun cases from the container storages would be your best bet. Maybe if the cops can't see it they wont take it.

Hey Drea, I have an idea to try to get around the Police seeing the illegal things in the pickup truck and fining you. You should get a box truck because, theoretically, they won't see the items. My thinking with that is you might not get fined or the items taken away. Give this a try in the next episode, you play this game and see what happens. I love the videos, Drea, and I have been watching your videos for about 5 years or so.

They could have implemented the cops and illegal items a little better. Maybe add more cops, and you can't see them on the map, but you only get stopped if you are breaking the law, either speeding, or driving across the middle line, etc. Or even depending how you pack the illegal items in your truck. Though I suppose that would be a bit of work to program that into the game. Like how visible is it, to a cop passing by... And maybe have the black market buyers only be there like 1/2 of the time and it is random so that you have to keep going back, taking the risk of getting caught if you speed, to check if they are there. OR, maybe even make that a mini-game where you get informed that the buyers are there, but you only have so much time to get there. So you have to hurry up and pick up your illegal goods, and then drive to the spot, with the time limit tight enough that you can ALMOST make it without speeding, but not quite. so you have to constantly check for cops and try to speed just a bit whenever you see none. Oh...and no spawning right on top of you. Maybe give you like 5 seconds after a cop spawns before it can see you.

It depends on each state law if it is a legal AR style rifle. California only allows certain features on them to be compliant by the DOJ. Every firearm has to have ten rounds. There is even a ca approved handgun roster and only handguns on that list are allowed in California.

I hope your experience with trailers is better than mine. But Wait till the trailers glitch out or disappear. I was so excited when I found a $17,000 boat while recording for my channel. Then I tried to attach to the box truck and it wouldnt attach the trailer. I went to get my truck and the boat wasstill there but now I could walk through the boat. I finally was able to get a few trailers back to my shop and even though they appear in the sell spots, they just have the ?? For the sale price and I can walk through the trailers. Reloading the save file helps, but not for long. So it has cost me like 60k in profit.

The developers need to change or adjust the guns being black market because as far as I understand you can sell storage locker guns you just have to make sure they're not stolen and on top of it not all guns are black market some are legitimately owned in the US, So there needs to be a more realistic way of checking the gun and whether you can sell it and then they're also needs to be a license for you to buy and a time limit to get that license before getting a fine immediately or gun confiscated. Which reminds me did you check the menus to see if there are new license you can buy like other games have to buy guns. Another thing that should happen is you should be able to get an option to have the police come to the storage unit check the weapon out and whether it's okay to sell and confiscate the drugs or the weapon or both if you do so choose to. I mean it's obvious you can own a fire truck. Last I hope they released this game for console.

Instead of adding new things, it would be nice to see them address some of the game breaking glitches the game still has since it first released. The car physics would be another area that needs to be addressed.
