A couple of tips for you: - If you loot anything, dont leave it in the container/whatever. Just grab the item and drop it to the ground. This way the items inside the container are able to respawn, making looting easier on yourself - the bunkerdoor can be opened at night, because the solarpanels on top are not powering the lock - you can HOLD F. Sometimes this way there are more options for you. For example, during the day you can hack the bunker doors, by holding F. Or when cutting down bushes - yeah and the bunkers are indeed insanely hard, even when well equipped. As some people already said, these bunkers are sound based! So crouch and listen! - these bunkers are ‘new’. There are however still some ‘old’ bunkers. The exact locations of all of these are as followed: Note that the numpad grid reference goes from 1 left lowercorner, to 3 right lower corner and building upwards in the same way (9 squares total) Z4 np 1 A2 np 7 Z0 np 5 A0 np 8 B4 np 8 D3 np 8 C2 np 6 D0 np 9 Also note that these bunkers are guarded by mechs, but they’re not to difficult to surpass unlike Mr brenner or the razors - if you want to check out certain places, I HIGHLY recommend looking up the SCUM Interactive Map on the internet - If you enter a building or whatever, close the damn door behind you🤣. Not only will this help with puppets sneaking up on you, but it will also break line of sight with them - that weird scream from the puppets is them basically calling in a horde of them - I noticed that you came across some earplugs. Ear protection is absolutely needed when firing a gun, otherwise your character will have ringing ears. Not good for you and your characters sanity lol - dont know if you know this, but be quick with the cargodrops. After the timer runs out there will be a giant explosion, killing everyone near it, so stack up and leave. Also if one dropped some time ago and you dont know how long its been, dont bother going towards it. - in the server settings you can alter a lot pf settings, without disabling achievements, unlike the commands. There is one setting in there which is beneficial for us all. Darkness intensity. Meaning the lower the number the brighter the night will be. - you can also buy the (military) quiver. You can store everything in there, up to 10kg of stuff, so not only arrows!

I made my girlfriend play this game and she found out one bunker that had like 10 mechs and I could hear her scream from the living room 😂 she was still learning how to play now she's even better than me
You cannot eat/drink wearing a full-face helmet/mask/balaclava. Right mouse button for compass directions. You can carry an empty backpack in your hiking backpack, then at an airdrop enter the airdrop pod and CLOSE the door (you are safe from puppet attack). Remove spare backpack. Craft lockpicks, pick locks, fill both backpacks. Carry one on your back and the other in your hand and exit the pod and run for about 200 metres. Chasing puppets despawn after this distance (or they did for me). When being chased, run through bushes/shrubs and change direction to break puppets line of sight. If you have a box of 10 bobby pins or less, craft all of them into lockpicks then craft a bundle of lockpicks. Now you have up to 10 ready made lockpicks ready to uncraft (right click on the bundle) and use. Great vids, very entertaining, thank you.
The baby and the razor are both in the same creature the razor attacked you and the "baby" is just a baby's face that's growing out of the razors back. If you trigger a razor. (And aren't under the vent to get instapounced) he lands in like a super hero pose. One broadheaded arrow in the baby's face before the razor aggros and it's dead. Aim carefully it's a small spot. And craft Bow silencers! Three unsilenced bow shots can trigger a razor.
No joke the baby crying and that thing laughing was genuinely terrifying😅. Not only that but when its dark, and you can't really see the screen it just gets worse.
you found a Razor in the abandoned bunker. Everything down there is sound based. If you hear the rattling or the baby you are not allowed to move. He came jumping out of the ventilation shaft onto your back. Only move again when you no longer hear any noise in the shafts. you make really good videos. Even for me, with 2200 hours of play time, it's exciting to watch you explore everything. Most videos from new players are very boring but yours isn't👍🏻🙂

You also should always top off your weapons health if you plan on leaving a weapon cleaning kit behind. Weapons ruin really fast so never pass up an opportunity to clean your weapons. A 100% weapon sells for more money, and don't let item health drop below 25% because if it does you can only repair it to 50%
no risk no reward. glad you took all 3 guns and sold them. that bear made you went all the way to 3rd floor :D When you hacked the bunker door, it used a screwdriver. That's why you saw 2/3. You can craft improvised tool box to repair crowbars so you can use them to open the lockers in the police stations. Save the screwdrivers for the drop pods like you said. No need to go to abandoned bunkers (im glad you backed out) until you are ok of losing your gears. When you are ready go to the places that have mechs. Once you studies the mechs walk patterns you will know how to avoid them. They guard good loots. Keep it up! Can't wait for the next one.

@@TorakOfficial I think the devs are doing a great job developing new locations, weapons, NPCs and other great things for the game, so I'm excited and looking forward to 1.0. However, I think the game needs a lot of work well beyond 1.0 to fix bugs and improve certain mechanics, so I don't think you should expect a 100% perfect game, even with 1.0. BUT nonetheless, this is by far the best immersive survival game! Playing since 0.6 :) And it would be cool to see you in multiplayer in the (distant) future! But no pressure, you got a LOT of things to learn :D
@@boydmaber1461 no but you can define the time with admin codes, so if th enight starts, just set the time to 6 in the morning. But that not immersive anymore..
I love this game and I think it's fantastic that you are trying it. FYI the crying sounds that you heard in the bunker is actually a baby attached to the back of the creature that almost killed you. They are called Razors, if you kill the baby that is on its back its a one shot kill. They drop from the vents in the ceiling. Have fun!
Bro 🤣. I'd avoid the abandoned bunkers until kitted but also..... well done! far braver than me!. When you make too much noise (indicator at the bottom left above your body), the baby cries and you spawn a Razor from the ceiling. Best to step back to avoid his melee and strike.... repeat until dead but unlucky for you, he landed straight on you so straight into the animation. As mentioned in the comments its an instant kill if you can hit the mutated baby on its back. Don't venture too far as can jump attack from distance. That scream is a horde call and will cause you to be rushed. A good tip if you have the bow equipped but they are on you/ hitting you, is to press the middle button before they strike you and you will punch them, its enough stagger time to step back to draw the bow again
@TorakOfficial you'll notice a red or yellow hand when your in the lockpicking mini game if you have gloves on depending on the thickness of the glove. 👍
"You'll keep the bat until you find good guns".... You literally had and sold an M16 Rifle, a Bolt action rifle just need scope and supressor (yes they are called supressors and not silencers because they supress the sound not make them silent like movies show) and a shotgun.... You HAD good guns and you got rid of them..... I would've kept either the shotgun or rifle for medium to semi long engagements and the bow for closer more quiet engagements....
as a tip if you play multiplayer whenever you spawn in destroy your card because other people can draw all your money out I had 10000 when I didn't know they could do that :(

Nice one ill watch next for sure, u can carry extra backpack or drop loot of the drivable laika bot in the ground at the drop it wil destroy everything near it.or just make a boxand drop a not finished deployabel so u can find it later overall good job for the first hours in scum also take of the glives while lockpicking its easier that way

if you playing on single player you are admin of the session, you can set the day time, press T to display chat window and use #setime edit: the creature has name - razor. It's falling down from the ventilation channels. Sounds announcing this fall and you can hear it, don't stand underneath the vents outputs when you hear that edit2: all the lockers in airdrop opening 30 seconds before it explodes, if you are fast enough you can loot 1-2 of them without lockpicking. edit3 you can bundle the 5 rags in rag bundle (crafting), then it's taking only 2 slots instead of 5
The creature that jump at you are called the Reaper, they kind of mutations blasphemy from Tech01 their only weakness are their backside with baby face impended to their skin. They crawling in the ceiling or air ducts (sometimes you can also found them sleeping in the floor) and will attracted with any noise, the only safe way for you to going around the Abandoned Base are having a Medium High or even better an Advance Stealth skill. Oh one more thing having Medium High or an Advanced Thieving skill also very helping to breach any locked door in that curse place, because if you failed to unlock the door the alarm will blaring and pull everything unholy in that place into you included Mr. Brenner a very mean and invincible biggest SOB you can found in SCUM.... 😈😈
@@TorakOfficial Your welcome mate, so while I am still here better if I give you more tips. 1. You can stack the rags with any threads, wires, or strip cloth to save more space in your inventory. 2. You can make a leather quiver by using the zombs skins, after killing the zombs just chop their body and take their skins. Make sure you have a sewing kit or improvised sewing kit in your inventory. Now you can make a leather quiver with bigger capacity than the cloth one. 3. When using a bow you can actually hit to stun the enemy that too close with you by clicking the mouse middle wheels. You can't spamming the hit tho so be careful when using it. 4. There's two type of bunker in SCUM one is Live Bunker and the other are an Abandoned Bunker. What's the difference? The live bunker have the mechs and the zombs as the guards while the Abandoned Bunker crawling with those unholy mutants and zombs + Mr. Brenner. You can only access the Abandoned Bunker freely at night time only otherwise if you want to dive on the light day you better prepared with medium high or advanced thieving skill to solve the locked doors inside.
So sorry for all my tips in episode one.. It popped up on my RU-vid and didn't know you were already episodes along.. Tysm very entertaining and your view count is insane. Congrats with that 😀.. Btw can't tell you how awesome it is to see someone play scum as a "virgin" I'm sure you know by now that the razor live in the sealing and are attracted by noise. The have a baby head on their back very scary! And then we have the big boss in the bunker Mr Brenner which can't be killed. 2 bunkers are open at night, then you have the closed abandoned bunkers which you need a card for and the normal bunkers. Funny fact.. If you have strengh 8 which is the max it will take a second to open a locker with the crowbar. If you use the ✂ instead of the knife you get more rags which you can disinfect with absynth/alcohol.. Same with cutting up trees. The better the gear the more material you get. The m16 with the bajonet on it is another great silent killer for puppets and razors in bunkers. For respawn in sector you pay one gold... 1000 bucks is one gold which you can get at the bank. The abandoned bunkers don't have mechs the normal bunkers have 2. Tip! Don't shoot in a bunker go silent and violent or a puppet horde can spawn of more razors or you wake up Mr Brenner. Go for meds to the hospital not the trader. Meds can be sold for a lot of money.
I don't know if anyone in your later videos has told you; I just started watching, but with locking take your gloves off, if the hand next to the screwdriver/lockpick counter is red it's much harder
It would have been nice if you upped the brightness during the night in post. RU-vid compression makes dark, extra dark. I can't see shit at night, is it just me?
Keep the helmet, it worth it to protect u, and also when u hear zombie that laughing and beeping just wait until it blown up, cuz that zombie is pretty much annoying when they we're attack u, so just go sit and wait till he blown up
Unfortunately they already change the bomber zombs behaviour, it will not explode even if you wait for it when started beeping. You need to shoot it from a safe distance with a bow or a gun with suppressor attachment.
@@morpheus9836 From big calibre bullets? Maybe not really effective but from small calibre and zombies yes, you can reduce the concussion damages from their hit in the head. Sometimes if the timing right you will not even getting any damage at all just the same way with the armour vest work.
@@TorakOfficial Absolutely yes but.. if you got an assault tactical helmet you better off with that one than fully enclosed helmet because it didn't raise your temperature too high.
Another tip if you drag items out of the storage you can get game points faster and improve your basic awareness skill, and that way you will find better items 👍👀
i bought the game years ago but could barely run it on my 970 but now i have a 4060ti with i7 and 32 gb of ram and can finally have a decent playable experience with the highest settings im liking is so far like dayz and gen zero in one game sorta just more complex

Love your content dude but this game in unplayable on pvp servers. Great ass survival game, really sick in almost every aspect other than base building. The fact that i can be raided with a couple thousand dollars (screws and lockpicks) makes this game the most annoying one in its genre. Great video nonetheless, sucks it came the day after i put this game down 😂
@@TorakOfficial Yeah man do your thing, those just my opinions. Keep this tip in mind though if u do want to try PVP servers: Good lockpickers are prevalent thus locks will not keep your base safe. This is definitely dependent on the population of the server but heres the trick: When you are going to leave ur base for a long period of time (logging off or exploring) you're the safest when you barricade your entrance with an object whether it be a wall or a sandblock or something that HAS to be destroyed to get through. When you get back, destroy it with the build option and build it again when you leave again. This is how players protect their bases because locks dont do it.
Ok, 30 minutes into the video and basically it’s a black screen. Understand you don’t control the lights, but a hint, don’t start your videos out in the dark and go for a long time because your gonna loose the majority of your viewers.
The nighttime and darkness is part of the game, and i don´t like messing with the immersion of the game. If the game is dark then it´s dark, I have to deal with it as much as you guys😉
I found it dark but ok to be honest. I watch on my TV though through RU-vid app. Maybe that's better than a phone. On a side note, this is the first few videos I've seen of yours, it's great. You have a great attitude and voice for this type of gameplay videos. Subbed. Good luck with the channel
53:47 You could have used the wheel barrow to haul stuff for now. The ScrewDrivers need to be way more durable in my opinion. IRL they would last forever, being used for lockpicking. Each attempt should take like 5% durability maybe, for video game purposes..
@@TorakOfficial Yeah you have to have nothing in your hands with the barrow and it slows you down, but you can load it up in a safe location and move it closer and closer to the trader as you go. It's very much a risk Vs reward situation, but you're smart, i doubt you would just go blindly running threw town, while holding onto a wheel barrow :D
this game is failing because jagex is rushing the development of the game. the game is not going in the direction the devs want,k jagex has made sure of this, why do you think kick doesnt respond anymore, he is not happy with jagex
