Think this video puts you at top of video creators. The historical map at beginning makes the viewer really use their imaginations as you pull out relics from years ago. Then your fishing to the background of real trains adds another element to viewing. Both added more dimensions to your already very interesting fishing expeditions. Keep the creative touches coming. Your channel is always a pleasure to watch. 🐟🐠🐟

First you pinpoint your location using old timey maps, then you catch the bridge lowering, followed by the train going by with the bells clanging and the horn blowing. That’s some nice added production value you got there. Excellent job!

DuPont is a very famous chemical company; Jeff Gordon got the sponsorship sticker from them for his car. There is a famous children's hospital in Delaware named after the family. Thanks for showing the bridge and the train too. The horn was probably off of an old car, truck, or wagon.

TYLER! Another cool trip! It's cool that you're getting into the history of your locales, and I'm eating it up! That car you found at 9:45 looks to be a 1955-1959 Corvette. I'm an expert at identifying cars thanks to my dad, and that is DEFINITELY a 'Vette! And that big flat disc you found looks to be the top off of a pressure vessel. The hook you saw was the hing, and the centre part was where the pressure gauge would be. And that muffler was a Maremont muffler! Those things are pretty expensive! Keep up the great work, bro!

Absolutely love watching magnet fishing! So many of you out there now but, your content is quality (enjoy your commentary 😄) Watched two other channels before I found yours, binged all of theirs, now binging yours! Please don't take this wrong, I love that you return the wildlife to their habitat (as did the other channels) but, as I said to them I'll say to you, could you maybe gently place the critters back in the water please? Probably traumatized after a free flight then a belly flop 😞 Thank you kindly 😉 Much love (and appreciation for all you're doing for the environment) from, Colorado 💕

I enjoyed the beginning touches of history!! My dear old gramps worked for Buckstaff’s Sawmill down on Main Street and where South Park Street ended, right on the river. I have pictures from back in the early days when the lumber was floated down to the back side of the mill with the workers on some pretty sketchy log made rafts, where the pushed the logs down from the main barge to the back door of the mill. Across the street from Buckstaffs was another mill called Morgan Doors. They also made window frames & sashes. Buckstaffs made office furniture, school furniture & such. It was pretty cool seeing the old bridge again! Boy how I hated crossing on that bridge! I moved out of that area about 45 years ago. Thanks for clearing that crap out of the water. I don’t understand why people thought it was ever a good idea!

You have outdone yourself this time! I can tell ya put some time into finding and choosing a spot to magnetfish. I love that ya showed us the pictures from back in the day so we could understand why ya chose this place. I also love that you showed us the train on camera. Which is definetly not what I came here for but I like when ya show us your surroundings. Like you showed us swans and turtles before. Seeing that train go by made me happy for reasons I don't know. It was probably just the fact that you were next to a railway and we knew a train was coming since the bridge got lowered. It would've sucked if it just drove by off camera and we would've missed it. I am aware you made this video some time ago but I hope ya brought Alex to this spot too. There is so much stuff down there that you two need months to fish it out!

Interesting lid from Dupont. Dupont is an American chemical company, There was a Dupont plant here in Kansas and I believe it is still there. When we graduated from High School, if you didn't go to college, you tried to work at Dupont or the Goodyear plant, at that time, you were very lucky to get that job. One of the highest paid jobs around. A lot of my classmates have retired form both companies. Sorry, got a bit long winded but that lid brought back a lot of old memories. 🤣

A bunch of very cool items today. But 2 I wanted to comment on. The little "mechanical" device you found was an old music box! The other piece is the crank handle. Love to see you restore that. Who knows what song it might play. The other is the barrel lid you pulled up. That kind isn't for a steel barrel. They make wax coated cardboard barrels for storing dry goods, chemicals, etc. That type of lid is for those.

We use Atlas gloves, red/orange in color, that are lined n fully waterproof! Found ours at Ace Hardware, but can be found elsewhere too. 🧤 They're the best we've found for flexibility in the cold too! 💯 We still wear rubber gloves inside just to help keep moisture from sweat getting our hands cold, so get some medical gloves n they'll help year round too! Especially like them when dealing w/ yucky n stinky stuff cuz even with gloves, the smell gets on your hands n it's harder to get off. 😏 Happy tossing!!! 🌊🧲🪝🪣🗑🛂♻️ 🫶🙋‍♀️T

23:00 empty Prince Albert Tobacco. We used to call the grocery store and ask them if they have Prince Albert in the can. They sometimes they would run and check. When they came back to the phone and said yes, we would say "YOU BETTER LET HIM OUT BEFORE HE SUFFOCATES" We thought we were so funny. /// 25:50 After WWII they tossed hundreds of barrels filled with unexploded ordinance in the water of Lake Superior in Duluth. 1950's or 1960's wheelbarrow bucket maybe, rather rusted from the looks of it. I have an intact one that I need to restore, barn find. Car/truck horn. I would keep that metal tray, to help keep from your thrown metal from breaking the bottom of your cart. It looks like bucket on a toy wheelbarrow that they still sell today, the one with the holes in the bottom. Love watching and seeing all the interesting things you pull up/
