Now that I've watched the walking dead I don't think Daryl ran because he knew what Rick was fling so he shot the zombies near the explosives for Rick to get a clear shot best scene ever❤
@@r_ex_7 Good question, I think he did it that way because they were about to cross the bridge and he was too injured to run. He didn't want a single walker making it to the other side. That's just how I justify it in my head.

*Andrew Lincoln is one of the best actors i have ever seen, and it shows how well he can play his role in this whole series, i love the walking dead probably my favorite survival show series out there❤*
Sucks that Rick only reunited with Michonne Judith and RJ instead of everybody. I hated the spin off because of that. 🤷🏻♂️ If there’s a second season they better do it right 💀

No it was Maggie’s there was a whole Nother storyline to be followed. Had Maggie not been so selfish like nobody else around her had lost somebody to evil people. Darrel would’ve done anything for Rick and it shows right there cause he knew he messed up.
Scott Wilson died in real life from leukemia before this season aired. He shot it as he was dying. Being able to see such an important character one last time was so poignant anyway, but to know the real life story with it makes it even more moving. We all have our jobs to do ❤
its emotional for me because of everyone's reaction to him being in danger, i think about all he's done to bring these people together and keep them alive. theyre all willing to die for rick and that shit is beautiful @@crazymonkey7291
Legit the most heart wrenching seen ever in the walking dead nothing tops ricks bad ass explosion my mans cheated death five times in a row in this one episode nothing beats this aside from daryl trying to fighr his way back to the boat aside from that this is gold
@@GREENUpGhoxt Daryl was the last straw after killing Carl, having Rick off the show after this episode, Glenn, Abhraham, pretty much the whole gang we knew in season 5-6, so if they do anything to Daryl the show is gonna suck..
Seeing Daryl break hit me harder than the rest. I think he saw Rick as that brother who was proud of him for who he was. Unlike Merle who just bullied Daryl into being some type of man.
I never understood and hated how Maggie felt no remorse for being the cause of Ricks "death". Judith lost her dad, Daryl his best friend, Alexandria their leader, and just a competent survivor and shes just like "Meh, whatever". And i dont blame Daryl that much in his death, definitely contributed but that was Maggies show, not Daryls

@@mirage7625 she basically staged a coup because she disagreed with his decision, whether it was the right one or not, it wasn't her call to make; and this coup was the cause of the shitstorm that cost Rick his "death". Momentary grief is different than her actually feeling bad that she caused it. Judith never got an apology for it, she just has to live with it. Daryl, while contributing i feel as though tried to make up for it, spending years looking for him stopping only briefly to assure the safety of everyone from the Whisperers, then resuming by going all the way to france to find his best friend.
This was where i left off for a long time. I finally caught up for a while, but still need to watch the final season. I was so excited when this show first launched because i remember growing up and loving zombies way before they were loved by everyone.
That's a good place to leave the show. Things didn't feel the same after S5 but you really should finish the show. Especially with The ones who live coming out next year
Show is peak until 7x2. Everything after either sucks or is good. All in all its still a good show. Would recommend to watch it to the end@@stutetha0912
I cryed when I saw this, I watched the walking dead like when I was 3+ and now the part I saw him die I cryed. The walking dead was so sad I wish he stayed alive 💔💔💔
"I found em'." Rick said this because he thought he would die at this point and reunite with his original family. If Rick would've died here, then the ol' protagonist would had a family reunion in heaven with Lori and Carl.
"I found 'em" was not a reference to Lorry and Carl It was a reference to his new family- Daryl, Michonne, Judith, Maggie, and all the others; It was a declaration that he would do anything to protect them. Rick lost his family, but he found a new one. That's what it means.
Yeah, it’s sad that people can’t let characters die…Rick dying is important, and it should end right after he dies. They already killed every other good characters but they LOVE money so they just ruin a perfect story.

The look on Darell’s face is what gets me Rick was his best friend and his brother they always had each others back no matter what and he had to see him go
I don't care what anyone says whenever Daryl cries we all cry. Every scene man, even I have to pause the episode and be like damn Daryl I feel yo pain bro.
I love the brotherhood between these two. Daryl doesn’t chase the others because he knows rick won’t let that come to pass. Daryl knows rick is going to sacrifice himself here but he just cannot let it happen, wether he’s buying time for Rick to do what he needs to, or just couldn’t stand to watch him die. I don’t think it matters to Daryl. He just did it. But also their looks across the water, Daryl barely able to keep looking from fear, and Rick amused? Impressed? By Daryl’s shooting. They’ve been through everything together
