It isn't the crown giving him power, It's the grass blocks. the grass block is like minecraft itself taken from a pc, which when someone holds it, it basically acts as a creative mode block. he has two creative mode blocks. and he combined them in the end of the episode.

The creative staf edit: all abilities of the staff we seen here is netherite staf is just a strong staff command staff is a staff where any command u give it will spawn give u speed strength spawn mobs and much more creative block is a block that can create anything out of any block and the other creative block which in my perspective is the shadow creation block. combined is what is call the shadow creative creation fused block with the staff i call it the shadow creation staff
