I decided to go on a hunt to find one of three iPhone 6S's that I dropped in a super secluded creek! FACEBOOK: / techrax TWITTER: / techrax INSTAGRAM: / techrax
holy… it’s been almost six years since i’ve seen your channel. man, you, dude perfect, and roman atwood we’re the only people i would watch on youtube that wasn’t a gaming channel. that’s crazy…
@toyg440 now responding i was hoping someone would point that out xDD. sorry i was letting the nostalgia sink in and had to include that nostalgic “man…”
@@joshuamccutcheon oh my god guys i restored everything and this thing works like a charm , though they dont seem to have private human dna cell detector screen unlocker and still uses swipe the screen , lets put it on YeetBay auction to see how much will people pay for this
This type of video was actually really enjoyable to watch, like a little adventure into a nice creek to dig up something. Lowkey nostalgic but loved the vid.
Honestly if you try to bring back some more of these old phones (at least ones you haven't threw away or left in EcoATM) that would be an amazing adventure and from certain perspective can be seen as even a redemption arc of sorts
omg i loved this video 6 years ago when i was 12 years old. i was really upset with the fact you couldnt find it back then. so now this is really interesting to wach. :)
@@TechRax i'm from cologne, germany. :) really love this video, the 6s is in a really good conditon, i would bye it from you because the old video means a lot to me. (childhood and stuff like that, you know). :)
I was really interested into sodium and water experiments back then and happened to run into the original video. Pretty crazy that you were able to find one of the phones years later.
@@chrisjlee2013 it’s still very possible it works, with a little bit of restoration and cleaning the boards, it very well can work, the device hasn’t been turned on or running with a charge in so long, the phone hasn’t shorted anything yet, so long the phone is cleaned up properly before being powered on it may be a survivor
Damn 6 years ago I was 13 years old, times hit different then, i was grade 6 or 7 if I remember correctly, no stress in life, the day seemed long and the night seemed useless, the friends where not so close and emotionally attacked but who cares at least they were, the most joyous thing was when I saved up enough money from 2 days of not eating at school and I could buy myself a big pack of chips, ahhh those were the days, of chilling, finding happiness in small things, getting mad from unimportant things, and basically memories, Now I am a freshman at university I dont believe how fast it goes
Are you going to make another video where you try to clean out charging port, charge that iPhone and try to turn on it or connect to the PC to see if any recovery software can detect it?
how did this idea even come to mind🤣 did u just get up one morning and said "let me go find that iPhone from 6 years ago"🤣🤣 i used to love watching your videos back then
All I can say is:WOW😱 and I am quite surprised to see that you lost iPhone was found intact and that the home button was STILL clickable👍🏻 I even downloaded this video so that I can watch it many more times again.
Quality of content aside, let's not ignore the fact he threw a phone with all kinds of (even toxic) materials into a creek, blew it up and left it there for 6 whole years Not an environmentalist, just finding it stupid how people think that's a good idea to get some clicks. And there are way more people who do this unfortunately and even compared to what big corporates do, it's still bad 😔
Hi Techrax!I love your videos!I know you are Ukrainian,What do you think about the war?I'm Hungarian, and we love Ukrainaians.Go To Ukraine!🇺🇦🇺🇦 Greetings From Hungary!🇭🇺🇭🇺
Gold prospectors: “we’re gonna be using this metal detector to look for some gold in this creek”. Techrax: “We’re gonna be using this metal detector to look for some iPhone remnants in this creek”
Is it just me or does the hole where he rests the metal detector while digging for the IPhone looks very similar to the first hole they dug in the video?
