Not gonna lie, was fully expecting some fake pretentious clickbait bullshit, but this actually turned out to be some very good, well thought out, and completely logical advice. Thank you, I appreciate it.
@@Jeffaloo Right. I think that's the best thing for ADHD folks. When things organically become a habit. As opposed to trying to force a routine or someone else's method into your life and internally fighting against it.
Brilliant video, as someone with ADHD myself, I have been noticing how important my mornings are to dictate my dopamine levels for the day. Great video man, good advice!
For me this sounds like making your ADHD a tool to be even MORE productive, like a corporation would do.., and honestly i'm not a big fan of that for 1-2 reasons, but more important: I'm happy you found a way to work with your ADHD and integrate it in your life! :) I'll also try using my phone at least less in the morning :) take care!
Hmm yeah maybe it sounds like that. But I think people who struggle with adhd like me, have it even harder, to be productive. So we need to be „more“ productive. Let’s say someone needs 50% to be more productive, wen need 70% or something like that. You understand my view?:) but thanks!
@@Jeffaloo oh we absolutely do have it harder (having adhd myself, diagnosed this year ^^ ) bc we actually have to put more effort in it. it takes a lot of energy focussing on things your brain just doesn't want to focus on. you are 100% right with that :) Knowing HOW to work with our adhd in order to be sufficiently productive, or more productive than before, can change soooo much for the better, so I'm thankful for your advice :) just wanted to give construcive critizism, because i sensed the focus on your video to be "how to get better results" instead of "how to be less exhaustet from being productive". Then the focus would be more on ones results, instead of ones struggles with adhd and how to overcome them, but with your explanation it makes more sense to me, so thank you for answering :) i hope you do more videos like that in the future, I'm looking forward to that :) take care! (took me 30 minutes go get my thoughts in fitting sentences so i hope you understand what i mean ^^ )
How to be less exhausted is a great way of looking to it!!!! Yes language can change a lot. Still something I need to improve, especially of it’s impact and in English language :) I am going to dive more into creating better videos. So far I am trying to upload once a week a long form video, and daily shorts. The daily shorts are easier for me to create and also edit. But I want to stay consistent with daily short uploads. And yes I understand the struggles with writing and especially writing, that someone else understands it, not only we 😄 but thanks for sharing the good feedback and the effort you put into the comment. Really appreciate! Maybe we are going to stay in contact 🙌 love the exchange about this topic really much!
@@Jeffaloo I'm glad you didn't perceive my comment as just being critical ^^ I myself work in an office so i'm happy for any advice for how to get into the flow of that kind of work and concentration ^^ And we are still all unique with our struggles so the same advice might help one person, but not the other - so please feel free to share of your experience, i'm sure it will be helpful! :) And i totally get that daily shorts are easier 😁 do what feels best for you 😉 Anyhow, thanks for the exchange! you got my sub, take care, and see you in another comment section!🤝
For sure not! Feedback is always welcome. And I feel many people take things personally. But it’s just a feedback to become better :) so always welcome! And sorry for the late reply. Was a bit busy the days. Yes totally! Everyone is different and people need to find their suitable style. I am sharing and hoping people might can take some experiences and test it out for themselves. Thanks very much! Excited for your future comments!😊
Wall stare is actually really effective. Mostly I work 90-120min make a 5 min break, and the break is mostly doing another coffee. Then another 90-120min :) but after 4-6 hours of work I do a longer break with training and a late lunch. :)
Also manchmal vollbringt der RU-vid Algorithmus ja wahre Wunder!
@@Jeffaloo Really no breakfast? Do you eat a big dinner usually? also are you diagnosed, have you ever tried medication? I am getting assessed but trying meds kinda scares me lol. Sometimes I drink things that have caffeine n that but also part of it doesn't like to drink any at times!
@@andrewmtgx thanks for the interest and the questions. Yes I skip breakfast. First meal is around noon. I fast 16-18 hours a day. Caffeine fasted helps me to concentrate way better! Give it a try and I recommend not consuming caffeine 10 hours prior to sleep. And yes I have a bigger dinner. I eat 3 times a day. Once at noon then at 3pm and then at 6pm for proteins and training:) And yes I have tried the medicine. It does help, but on the long run, who says ADHD is something bad? It’s different, but it’s just because our system is build on people who do not have ADHD. But many successful people has ADHD. We just need to learn to use is correctly. And we do have more energy, so use it wisely :) But thanks for all the questions! I am super open to talk more about it, and hopefully connect with more people here on RU-vid or any other social media app:)
@@Jeffaloo What do you mean by fast 16-18 hours a day haha, there's only 24hours a day and yet you eat 3 times? So What kind of meals do you eat, What do you do for work. Although I didn't say ADHD is bad but it can be bad if I cannot control the symptoms that well which is the case at the moment it frustrates me with school and work and such and RSD at work if I'm getting yelled at or crticized or something ya know. I may not necessarily like caffeine that much cause it can cause my heartrate to be higher otherwise maybe it gives me more anxiety at times I am not sure. But yeah the sleep cycles can be affected so thats why. I do have an interest in getting a standing desk maybe, I feel like I could do better with schoolwork and or games or just like lose more calories by using more energy by standing.
Thanks for the openness talking about it! It’s a lot I can say about. If you want we can also connect via discord or Instagram. So I can give you more specific advice or send you an audio. Otherwise I can also text you all that here. But might be a long message 😄
