I Found the Perfect Apartment Tour EXCEPT for One Small Thing, Roa... and I didn't see these pest until the end of the #apartmenttour and there were so many in this #apartmentrental it did sway how I feel about this Apartment Rental and this Apartment tour. I'm curious of your opinion of this #phoenixaz apartment tour of an apartment rental vlog.

I do pest control and those roaches look like German roaches and those are pretty bad especially if they are by the window and door, that means they have been traveling outside of the kitchen and bathroom area which is where they would usually stay in but if they over populate they will start spreading to different parts of the apartment. They are very difficult to get rid of because of the shared walls they could easily nest in someone else’s kitchen then go on side of the wall and lay an egg inside of your unit. There’s 40 babies in each egg and they will lay an egg every 7 to 14 days.

Tip to apartment hunters: always open the kitchen & bathroom cupboards. If there are roaches in the vacant unit, that’s usually where they be seen in the daytime especially cause it’s dark in the cupboards.

They literally just bombed the place and you can tell. Bad thing about apartments are you can be clean but ur neighbors can be dirty and you'll suffer.

No. You're not doing too much. I like seeing all around the outside of the property as well. You do a good job showing the property and apartments/houses in a lot of detail. Hi, Cool apartment, I had a lot of roachses in my apaertment I lived in till Jan 20 2021, It was terrible, So glad I moverd and now own a nice singlewide mobile home, no bugs.

Thanks Super..BTW I think that washing machine is a washer/dryer combo in other words it washes and also dries your clothes. Small loads only in that type of machine. They are very common in Europe..

Hey Big Super, love your videos! A lot of those orange trees are probably "ornamental orange trees", which means the fruit isn't necessarily edible, but it looks good to have them around year 'round. Suggestion: maybe add the ZIP code to the places you show to give those whom aren't familiar with the area a way to research. Thanks for what you do.

I love your zip code idea! I've had orange trees like that in both North Phoenix & Scottsdale....they suck for good fruit & make a big mess. In my experience people from here seemed to think the oranges were just fine, anyone from out of state thought they tasted awful.....🤓

Most orange trees are edible I don't know where you get that from,we have plenty orange trees where I live and they are all good better than store bought more like they came from a Farmers Market

Haha.... I agree! I remember when I was a teenager and moved here to Phx in 1975, and I first saw an orange tree.....parked my car and ran to it...pulled one off the tree and peeled it and took a bite (I was so excited) well..... it was an ornmental orange tree and is literally burned my tongue and was nothing but acid! Yes.... I've since had nice orange trees (and grapefruit, limes, lemons) in my yard and they're wonderful. I believe anyone who disagrees with this has not had the pleasure of biting into "A NICE BEAUTIFUL ORNAMENTAL ORANGE". Oooh...btw.... I also had that experience with an Olive Tree, when I first moved here (oh and from Wisconsin btw....and you actually can eat all fruit from the trees there) well....when I had my teen girls friends in my car and I saw thenolive tree and I pulled over so excited (yep....once again) they were all laughing at me and I didn't understand why. Well....that's when I learned (after I took a bite of an olive I'd just picked off the tree) there's a whole big routine to making olives eat able!!! Haha

CAUTION, those "decorative oranges" will TEAR your stomach up! These types of trees are often used for looks only.

Those looked like grapefruit and citrus trees are super common here. Lots of people grow citrus and you can harvest fruit all over. I looked at a place in Tucson that kept baskets and fruit pickers at the office for residents to use

wow this apartment is amazing, i live in social housing in the uk, when you move in they do not provide flooring or kitchen equipment, just cabinets. its up to you to decorate etc, definitely no swimming pools, fitness rooms or laundry

What’s up, new follower here. I’m loving these videos. I moved from Brooklyn to Tampa Florida eight years ago, I just recently moved out of my townhouse into a condo and it is beautiful, three bedroom two bath everything is beautiful and all of a sudden I started waking up really late at night around 3 AM and lo and behold. The little critters come out onto my counters. It’s wild how you can live in such a nice apartment three bedroom two bath for $2200 a month and you still got creepy crawlers. As of right now I am fighting with the management to the point if they do not do anything about it I got a friend that’s a news caster. I might have to throw her in on the situation. But it just shows you you can go anywhere in this world, and the smallest thing like roaches can ruin it. It is the worst feeling ever, keep doing what you’re doing for the people. I have to tell you my day always ends with your videos and it’s calming. Just a Cir everywhere else is in this world.Respect

Someone will rent it with the roaches because the person showing it will clean them up before the potential customer sees the apartment. I'll bet the units around this one have roaches and they will come in full force once the new renter moves in. Nasty!

Roaches 🤦‍♀️ If someone takes this unit they are going to want to get the professional roach bait to deal with this issue! I lived in an apartment that the roaches kept coming back! Finally bought professional grade roach bait and placed it everywhere! Even in our conjoined hallways! Issue was resolved! 😂 However I ended up moving out of there! We were paying 1058 a month for a 3 bedroom! Now I am paying close to 1900 to just have a peace of mind!

LOL I said look at the lights right when you did LOL. A nice spot and worth the money in this day and age. Where was the dryer. I guess you have to hang clothes on shower curtain rod and buy a little drying rack. No problem. You can wash from home. A few dead roaches not gonna stop me. This is AZ after all and it never freezes so they dont die naturally.

The dog owners here in San Diego do that same nasty mess of not picking up their dog poop, they leave it on the sidewalks. At night I have to use my phone flashlight as I walk to make sure I don't step in it. Oh no, it has roaches, can't do it, big deal breaker.

Paused. So far - I think it's cute inside. Looks clean. I just don't like cloth in rentals so I would want them removed. I wouldn't even touch them. Only thing is it looks like a motel. But hey, better than anything I've seen in NY for 4+ grand.

I was sold on the price until the very end of the video. SHEEEEEESH. I always anticipate in the city if you a few dead bugs that pest control has previously been out but that many was certainly concerning. OTHER than the critters, this is what I think of when I think of affordable places for normal people to live. The complex looked like just about anyone could be comfortable living there
