I'm the exact same way but with Modernia I finally got all the lines I wanted on her OL gear about a month ago and since then I have been rerolling % attributes until they are at least all blue Because she is my queen and she deserves it

everytime I see a whale account I'm seeing they hoard on boxes, any reason why is that? are they just waiting to progress further in campaign thus more value in the boxes? as low spenderI always use it whenever I stuck on campaign

We wait for campaign/outpost level breakpoints that increases the core dust amount per box. If we think we can push more, we keep saving. Some are just lazy and don't want to push immediately. Some only push at specific times (e.g. Union Raid). At some higher campaign hard difficulty, sometimes it requires waiting for a few levels before clearing it so it's kinda pointless to get just tiny bit by bit levels. There's also the feeling of big power jump increase so some only do it every 10 or 20 levels (level breakpoints). Different people have different reasons really... those are just some of the few I notice.

@@skyjlv ah, I can't really do that, i'm stuck around 100k power deficit, more than that I just can't, so I always use it when it's around 100k
