The reason for the strings, is to not let innocent people find ther bodies, they can choose not to follow the lines, while cops can follow them. They shield people from the horror.

And yeah everybody would get lost in that forest, ewry peraon that says i won't, will also get lost and just don't know it yet, it's a forest the largest forest in Japan and Japan is 66% forest. And the forest grown in such a way where every 20 meters/30ft it looks like you are in an entirely new spot. Sometimes ur in a little small area with lava hills to eitjer side of u, and behind onw of the hils could be a body... I mean it's very eerie and trickery.
@@Rhyfelwr_Cymreig You can't always see the sun, and only 2% of all people van navigate by looking at the sun. I mean, im just saying 2% idk who can and who can't. But i can navigate with the sun and im not an adventurer at all. So counying the amount of people going in there, by random, the chance that somebody goes in there that could navigate is pretty low. I didn't valculate based on the 2% but if it were 2% it must be like 0.001% or something.

My baby sister took her own life , not in this Forest mind you. Depression is real and if youre down on your luck seek help... Its been 5 years since i lost my sister and it still bothers me to no end... It sucks beyond words.. In memory of Gina. 🙏🙏🙏
My heart goes out to all of those who thought that this was the only way out of their fog of depression. Please do not go through with it, you have people who truly love and care about you. There are plenty of resources to aide you all in recovery from these thoughts and actions. You are not and will never be alone.
That's great advice and completely true. Do not discount your friends and loved ones even if you feel they don't understand - they just want you to understand yourself better even if you think they can't find a way to productively help you in the moment. Forgive others and most importantly forgive yourself. It can take years to understand even your momentary situation. Life will be tough, but you are tougher. You WILL be the reason that someone in your situation finds the way back.

Japan wraps each fruit in plastic and does that for lots of other things. They’re one of the worlds biggest polluters up there with the USA. But don’t get me wrong, I still like Japan. But asking them to not take plastic with them would be a whole system change 😅
Japan…. This forest is known as the suicide forest. They say people get lost there all the time and that it’s because of paranormal activity and/or the lava rock.

That’s like closing the Lions Gate bridge because people jump off it. That forest is a historical monument for their region. Sadly, people would still find a way to enter and it would be even harder to get discovered or retuned to grieving families. Far too many travellers go there off trail searching for something but freak out when it happens. It’s quite simple. If you’re just visiting, remain on the trail and adhere to the signs.

Cite your source. “Pretty sure” does not equate to factually true. 🙄 Parts of Aokigahara are within the Fuji-Hakone National Park, and it is in fact a nature/outdoor tourism area that I have visited several times. None of the signage in the area that I have seen/read in Japanese or English says anything about not taking videos/pictures.

I think certain words in RU-vid world can get the clip maker de-monetised, that’s why they change words in every day speech to others. And as the purpose of RU-vid clips is to get views and therefore funding it’s a necessity. (That of course is an assumption on my part just from viewing, as I am not a content creator).
