Your video is gold, Philip, thanks so much! You briefly mentioned upscaling an AI image created by Kittl. So even getting the Kittl Pro Version, do you still recommend to upscale Kittl's AI art or can it be used directly for T-shirts and mugs? I was considering getting Kittl's Pro Version to save some time but now I'm not so sure anymore. I might just stick to PlaceIt and AI. What's your take on this? 😃
Will upscaling the Image like this, make it good enough for POD? Or do you also convert your Images to Vector images afterwards? After doing this two steps and converting to PNG, a Texture for a Tubler of Iphone Case will be about 36 Megabytes. I needed to lower the resolution in order to make it unter 25 Mb.
That's an excellent find! I've been testing with AI image upscalers lately. It's amazing how quickly the technology is progressing. Have you tried reaching the results of other famous upscalers? I want to learn how it piles up.
I have a question: what does vectorizing do? Or rather, what can it do to make pictures look better? When I try vectorizing on Kittl for example, the outcome looks really weird. What am I doing wrong? Can you link me to a video, as I‘m sure you have one. 😉 thank you!
upscayl was always very similar in the result to dgb, so this new remix feature will do a better job. But I haven't checked if they have a similar new feature yet
no you didn't. Lots of people will be testing it now because of this video. It's queue based, so you can submit more images to the queue while you wait. It is free afterall
Saludos!!
yes but seems to be paid for apple users now and it doesn't work on slow computers. I love upscayl too but this new remix feature is a big advantage of dgb in my opinion
@@PhilipAnders I have watched a RU-vid video of PiXimperfect and according to him that is true if you select to download from the Mac App Store you will pay a bit, but if you choose alternative downloads then select "DMG" you can get it for free for the Apple users. I haven't tried dgb but it looks like a great alternative, although you have to wait (fair enough since it's free). Your videos are helpful btw, thanks, and have a great day! ✨
@@thewebstylist Consider trying other model, or other alternatives like dgb. (or you can just try to turn it into a vector like svgconverter which I discovered in Philip's channel, very helpful)
