You night have a solid replacement when someone like Patterson is injured. In signing players, instead of focusing on young players with high overall. You should sign players who are not really young, but talented players like Kante, Bale, Kevin De Bryune and Modric. (for CM). For RM, sign someone like Saka, Mane, Messi or Salah. For LM sign players like Heung Min Son or Rashford. For CB, you should sign players like Ramos, Van Dijk, Militao, Ruben Dias, Christian Romero or Thiago Silva. For fullbacks, sign players like Alexander-Arnold, Cancelo, Marcelo or someone like Kyle Walker. For strikers, sign players like Ronaldo or Mbappe. In goalkeeping, sign a solid keeper like Alisson Becker or Emiliano Martinez. For striking position, you can also use the young Maradona from you and Edgar being the best duo video from your main channel. You should also put more defenders in the box. He hasn't been given so much playtime but does good. And he will need the extra motivation for the golden boot you promised him. PCQ: Seeing as you have Ronaldos regen now with a similar stature build and ability, you might want to implement some of zidanes tactics from the 2016-18 Real Madrid in the sense that up top you should have a false nine to drop into the midfield and give ronaldo more space. A good option would be messis regen. Also I don’t think you should do this now do it when the regen is higher in overall but at least start planning for the future now.

I would put Machado on loan (basic terms) for two years because Paulinho is in his prime and if he gets injured you can always call him back, and maybye just maybe Machado could come back with overall 84+. Also another suggestion would be to try get Gavi and Rau Lopez in a swap deal. Last suggestion try to berry and Elliot Anderson, same type of player and should be higher rated and is younger, and its the best for Berry, because at one point he was the captain and now he's struggling to be a starter. PCQ: With the new season coming, it's quite a statement that you should invest in some cheap back-ups that can play at a fairly high level, especially in the LB and the CM positions. For LB, I suggest Luca Pellegrini from Juventus, as he would probably love a solid move to a team where he knows his role instead of getting loaned out all the time. For the CM positions, it pains me to say Jobe Bellingham might have to go, and perhaps you could invest in Fagioli and Miretti, as they seem to be the future of Italy's midfield.
