Look. For those who don't like Gilligan's motivational style it worked. The girl lost 2 dress sizes. Holding her hand and sympathizing wasn't going to shock her. Yeah....this is shock therapy!🙄😉

I think all he goes is work and comes home and does nothing.. She is just the nanny and maid! I didnt see him clean ANYTHING,except that one time! 🫨😡🤬

It doesn't seem like she's has any support. This diet seems mean, she needed a once a month healthy freezer meal prep. That helped her not hindered.

Frrrrr I know a LOTTTT. Of people who are very slim and weight about 120 - 156 who has stretch marks I think they are a blessing and plus u can’t help it some people are just prone to them more than others I have them everywhere on my arms my mid back a lil bit and a LOTTTT on my hips and bum and a lil bit on the boobs.... when can they start normalizing it and stop shaming it 😪😪

I don't understand.. why is she going to the market 3 times a week? Can she not buy all of it in one trip? Also, the more I see these, I realise that these diet plans are not sustainable. The amount of prep work, and the kind of exercise regime... No one who works full time can ever follow it.

It's part of her thing and some of it is for shock effect and for entertainment. She's meant to be the "bad guy" but She really does mean well and she has a very nice side to her which you'll see if you give this another chance. I have been watching her different shows over the years. Like the show "You are what you eat" etc. Don't forget the people sign up for these shows, they know what Gillian is going to be like, they also know that Gillian really IS there to help them and she does know what she's talking about. People need to be shocked sometime and have that wake up call. No one else in the people's life will dare tell them the truth in fear of hurting their feelings. Gillian doesn't hold back and it is very much needed to help open their eyes and "shake them up". Also if you aren't familiar with British people. Many are quite curt and abrupt at times and will speak their mind. I think Gillian is great and she really does help the "patient" get results in a healthy way, a healthy balanced approach with diet and exercise.

She’s over cleaning. She started cleaning so much that she would stop eating dinner which is a time to gather with family and clean. She compared herself to a waitress.
