Dang, you should take the abundance blessing that make the healing split for all allies, so basically Fu Xuan and Blade become a healer with that blessing, pair that with destruction blessing that split damage will make a lot of heal and FUA Blade.

Bro. Fuxuan's healing is based on the max hp of the characters that are being healed, not her max hp. So the amount is bigger because they have more max hp, but the % that they're being healed is the same
i'm watching this while playing and realize that i'm very bad at the game... i am lucky if my lvl 70 characers do more than 5k dmg... EDIT: made a mistake meant lvl 80 not 70...
