In Euros Germany in Euro 2020. But then again Germany are a shadow of their former selves and have not won a KO game in the last 3 tournaments, including losing to some very average teams in group stages. England always loses when facing an in form top team in the knockout stages, without fucking fail. Since 1966. Spain in the mid 90s was not a powerhouse team so euro 96 doesn't count either. Since 1970 England has failed to qualify for more tournaments than finals made AND contenders beaten in KO stages COMBINED. IIRC it's only a bad thing if they have bad stats in things like decision-making. If all their attributes are 20 then eccentricity means they take risks but the other high stats means those risks pay off
