One frustration for me with FM is how soon some players retire from International duties, I've seen top talent from smaller nations retire after a World Cup when they are like 28, it's ridiculous... and not very realistic in my view

Rakitic retired at 31, Varane 29, Shearer was 29, Scholes was 29, Nasri wasn't even 28 I think. Messi temporarily quit at 29. It's not that uncommon

I propose a challenge. Test to see if you switched top premier league club with a national league side. Would it be quicker for a prem team to get back to the top league or quicker for the national league side to be relegated back to where they’re meant to be.
