Barbers in the PI know their craft. People are finicky about their looks in the PI so the barbers know that they should have skills lest they go bankrupt.

I live in Manila. My regular barber also charges $1. It really depends on the barber. There are barbers who cut well and don't cut well at that price. My regular really knows my cut (2 on the sides, layered on top, with bangs). No shampoo. Just don't expect them to go the extra mile to pamper you since they're not paid much and usually have a line. My barber usually has about 4 people in line at a time. I usually tip $0.50 which makes him happy.

Bra I'd say either way if the fade looks good or not but the fade is not all that. The sides look different my dude. Make sure you check your fade before you leave the barber next time!!
