A MUM-OF-TWO has had her loose skin removed after losing a whopping 250lbs. Crystal from Texas, USA was once 420lbs and struggling with her health. After seeing a doctor, they recommended gastric bypass surgery to Crystal. Unfortunately after the surgery, Crystal’s bad habits meant the weight came piling back. Crystal began exercising and went on a strict keto diet - altogether she has lost 250lbs. Due to the amount of weight Crystal has lost, she was left with a huge amount of excess skin all over her body. At the beginning of 2021, she had a lower body lift and an arm lift - and she has now shown off her new look to her best friend for the first time.

I respect the fact that she's blaming herself instead of others. That needs strength of character to admit. Environnement may have played a role for sure, that should be admitted as well. But the well to change starts from one's wish for better outcome than the current state, she didn't wait for the environment to change. Instead she changed what she could in her environment and surroundings, and started concentrating on herself

@@ThornyRoseV society? Other people? Being a fully developed person doesn't necessarily mean being an adult in the traditional sense. We're still the same people we were as kids. Yes we change and adapt, but we remain the same. Taking responsibility for one's actions isn't a switch which is being activated automatically after a certain age.

Yeah, I never understood how people can let themselves get that big or even close to it. I am naturally good looking and healthy looking at 165lb male and it only took me 10 more pounds at 175 to want to cut my weight back down, I gained a pouch on my belly and the bottom of my chin had a hump from the fat I gained, I said no way. It don't make sense to me, and I stopped it before it got any further. I am back at my good weight when girls told me I had a nice body even without a gym and I am staying this way

You got this chicka! I was 300 lbs all you do is take one bad thing away a month, first month I made it a mission to stay away from soda, the next it was bread and tortillas. I didn't even worry about working out till I lost 50 lbs from just taking away those things.

As a Divorce Attorney, I can tell you that the Revenge-Bod is a real thing. It usually begins *during* the case, but then peaks after the divorce. Once they drop the dead weight of a spouse, they drop real pounds and focus on their health again.

Well u can say she gergous but u cant say she strong and independed surgeries helped become what she is and strong is when u reach on ur own independed she used her husband money for it and divorced him and now she gets other male attention and date up while she gets child support from ex husband which dosent make her independed if u say she works out and u are wrong yes she does and that require dedication and hard work and i cant argue with that

I have recently lost about 75 pounds and something I heard that helped me a lot was "if you can't control your weight you can't control any other aspects of your life". And yes, I didn't get a surgery.

Imagine if people started learning about diseases related to being obese, depression, how much sadness it will bring you, how much of cool parts of live you will miss out on, food, nutrition and exercise from kindergarten, instead being learned about "body positivity", that it's ok to be fat. I was going to get bariatric surgery in 2010 but I backed up and was already in the process of getting my surgery I wasn’t obese that’s why I backed up on my surgery day i was really young and I was this close to getting into the process I did the process of bariatric surgery like 3 times I even did the classes, the testing and etc, but till this day my dr still offers me bariatric surgery ‘ I did my research about bariatric surgery, gastric sleeve and gastric bypass for many years now 😌

I have to say……I’ve seen/heard so many cases like this. Where they wife is overweight and in really poor condition. Then the husband ends up leaving her. Then and only then do they use that as motivation to get in better shape. My thing is…..why not just try to get in better shape/condition before the husband gets fed up and leaves??? 🤷🏽‍♂️ Still, congrats on your weight loss journey. She has a beautiful face a beautiful heart but trapped in a body that was created by excess, now she is taking control of her problems and focusing on her assets. This is the formula for life, live it and leave the baggage behind. When your friend cares more about you than themselves that is a friend you have to keep for life. You are your worst enemy or you can be your best friend. Live life to the fullest and enjoy it with people that will support you and not with people that will bring you down. A lot of people look at this sort of like a revenge thing, but the thing most people don't realize that these changes likely wouldn't have happened without some big life change like a divorce. I'm glad she knows she was responsible for getting to that point, and I'm super glad she had the determination to change it. And we could say "revenge body" but if I imagine the divorce not happening, I don't think she would have changed

Why did it take divorce for her to lose the weight? I’m sure her ex husband wanted her to do that before the relationship went down. It’s an excuse to pull the plug on her marriage. She does look better now though

I don’t know. We don’t know what was the reason for the divorce. Even if he left because, he wasn’t attracted to her do to her size he may just not wanted to be with her anymore but, looking at her children her man was most likely Black and probably not in the best shape of his life either.

Awww! I don't know if women feel like this after loosing weight. I been very thin and heavy but nothing drastic. Right now I need to loose 30 lbs but when I was thin I was so confident that I didn't care if I had no makeup on, or if I just went to the supermarket and was just wearing an old sweatpants and a t shirt. I needa get on her level! I'm like 170-180now (Maybe? I lost like 30lbs and have yet to rescale since like 3 weeks ago and since I started running) I'm hoping to be like 150 or so by September so hopefully I can achieve my goal as she did.
