You should crank up the prices of all your parking lots, it wont really discourage anyone from parking there and you will make a ton more money

Unfortunately it causes citizens to be more likely to be poor, which caused the not enough customers issue and reduced taxes because it acts as another expense. Cause they will still use them if they have/want to. So it comes out of Citizens disposable income.

23:39 you could also have an asymmetrical three lane road. It give all the benefits of two turning lanes, and 5 meters thinner. Just make sure to split each block halfway and change the road direction such the two turn lanes always lead to an intersection and the one lane leads away from an intersection.

At 22:46 you can toggle the square icon in the snapping, so you can place the road centered with the other

You shoukd have a road maintenance depot because your roads are not in good condition especially the highway by the downtown

When upgrading roads you can turn off the snapping to make it easier to fit it in

@@Cmill15255 CCP, fewcandy, 2d20, sanctum gamer, infrastructurist most of the time have all the snapping options on. and then, surprise, the grid is not straight anymore. they are making it difficult for themselfs by having all the snapping options on when building roads.

I heard there is a lot of conflict with the road builder mod so i dont think im going to download it I would probably only do a couple custom roads, a small 4 lane like you did and a wider alley

You should get the mod that allows you to change the colors of the buildings. Florida typically have white buildings and pastels in pink and blue :)

As a fun way to combine saint pete and Tampa, the tram can be used as a downtown streetcar, and can also be a brt going into the suburbs on the other side like in Saint Pete.
