I just got one yesterday at an Outlet Store. The light and front fender have to be put on and I'm waiting for the right screws, the screws were missing. I LOVE ITSO FAR!! I have only gone around the block, but I went up the big hill and it was Great. I just want to use it for small grocery store trips and riding in JB Park. I went 13.5 miles testing it on the parking lot, Whu Hoo!! in the rain, I love it!! We should be a Club to share our experiences with The RidStar E Bike!!
This bike is the best!! I’ve had it for about a year now & I use it in place of a car. It’s convenient switching from street to sidewalk, & the light is pretty bright at night. I like that the tail lights work when you’re braking, too. I’ve gotten a ton of compliments, cuz it looks so damn cool 😂 but my favorite part is the versatility. it’s a dirt bike, mountain bike, & street bike all in one. also, did you know the battery recharges when you pedal?! that helps to extend the battery life. my ONLY complaint is that i’m having a hard time finding a rear luggage rack that can mount to the bar, or under the seat somehow. but i might just get a trailer attachment. I’m curious how you were able to add turn signals.

@@PrinceAntwiTV yeah I’m used to just using the pedal assist to save on the battery but with this bike this battery is a beast and I can see how you can throttle it most of the time
@@user-vo7gp3le4n I haven’t done it just because I’m 44 and I’ll probably kill myself trying it but I’m sure it can be done I had a friend try it who is 21 and he was able to do it a little bit but he didn’t ride it long. I will say I do love the bike though the battery is a beast and when you use the throttle, it does go fast.
The headlight is good. this bike is great value for the price but the tires are cheap and thin. not sure what I'd replace those with once they eventually stop working
I have a question where did you buy your side mirrors , helmet and turning signals. I bought side mirrors and still couldn’t see the road help me out man
There's a lot of factors involved in battery life (per charge) - how much are you using pedal assist vs pure throttle? what level of pedal assist are you using? what speeds are you doing (max speed on throttle uses charge very fast)? are you going up hills? how much do you weigh? Is it cold? (batteries don't like being cold)
Knee pads that protect your whole leg as well they are Silver and the elbow pads that comes down to your gloves are called pro biker gloves are cheap, moto cross gear why not
Yes, take care of your battery don't let your bike sit in the sun don't charge under 32 degrees don't fully charge all the time don't let it run all the way down all the time and your battery will last twice as long if not close and pedal to i pedal mine the battery goes back up shift to a lower gear ,,,hey they are half the price of the bike.
That thing is less an ebike and more a little electric mini-bike. It's not like you would ever peddle it somewhere, not without a gun pointed at your head. Not an e-bike capable of riding for extended day rides. Especially since you can't set an appropriate seat height.
You shouldnt be using any filters at night, the ND (neutral density) are for extreme brightness where the camera shutters peed isnt enough to take proper exposure, so it beings the camera down anywhere from 1 to 8 stops. You shouldnt be using aNY ND filters through the entire video, not unless you were driving into direct sunlight the entire time.
