They just hate on these procedures because it’s taking clients away from them. There’s no skin sagging unless you’re doing this everyday excessively. It actually helps build up collagen and fat if done appropriately. The effect is different for every person tho.

People are saying some will do “anything to avoid the gym” but this seems great for people that don’t want to resort to legit surgery but still want to see their body differently since it’s not permanent and doesn’t damage. When you’re built like this it can be hard to put on a lot of weight so squats can only do so much the person doing the procedure literally said it’s a jump start to going to the gym. It’s not hurting her or anyone some of yall just don’t like seeing other women try to remedy their insecurities differently than you would.

Yes! I always say “you can choose to either take a class where the teacher starts everyone off with an A and all you have to do is maintain it. Or take a class where you’re starting from scratch trying to earn the A”. Work smarter not harder 🤷🏾‍♀️😂

This is honestly such a great and informative video as someone who has the same issue being 27 and being particularly petite I feel like im in a childs body many times and its fustrating. I really do LOVE my body so this is not a self love issue *while some may say it is/ your not in our circumstance so you dont understand that being said / a deeper/ more complex dialouge is neccesary but I digress i just dont like being soooooo petite that its hard to fit clothes and feel more femminie (especially since I Fast & Pray alot) I actually be talking to God about this to (cause we can talk to him about anything) & I genuinely feel this is something I would try in a year or so after sticking to a more caloric dense meal plan and working out. no judgement towards people who do invasive or non invasive surgeries everyone wants to feel beautiful & so when we find ways that compliment that more naturally it makes me happy. Also love that Sabrina had the Philippians 4:13 inked idk what sis been through but May God Bless her

Man y’all don’t do this. This “non invasive “ butt lift actually break the blood vessels in your butt and that’s where the plumping comes from. It’s swelling! Which is why it’s temporary, once your blood vessels heal 😬 you go back to normal.

It’s not much worse than myofascial cupping. And cupping has a lot of benefits especially when done right and not excessively. Then again I’ve only done it on my back sooo

Results can last longer if you wok out and maintain it. It also depends how your body reacts to the machines used. Just like BBLs don’t 100% guarantee results and also require after surgery maintenance. My process was just less risky and not as permanent

No i had a suction twice a week for a month - and it helped a lot whilst I was eating ! And hip thrusts- dancing . So we have to maintain . This a jump start .

I completely understand her. Everyone said my grown women body would come in by 25…I’ll be 30 in 6 months lol let’s just say nothing has changed. But, I workout (tone up) & eat healthy foods & fats. Im finally okay with my body. When she is 40 she will look flawless. I wouldn’t mind if my results don’t show after awhile to try this.

Before and after is beautiful. She is beautiful and it's a shame we all have insecurities and dislike things about ourselves. I developed too early in my childhood and had a butt. Some of the white kids took the piss out of me and I just didn't understand and hated it so much. My mum would say they wanted it too but I didn't believe her. Now it's a trend.

I'm occasionally insecure about my height, but on the opposite side of the spectrum. I'm 5'9" and have had people comment on my height repeatedly. I'm finally at a size that I love, but I was always petite growing up too, which brings another level of ridicule. We all get it. Big, small, tall, short, light/dark complexion, thick/curly hair. There will always be something to critique/mention. We just gotta accept ourselves regardless ☺️

I’m insecure about my height. I’m just under 5’7” but my moms whole family is super short and I stick out. I went to a wedding once and kept getting told how y’all I was, so I took off my shoes, everyone else had them on, and I still kept getting y’all compliments. I know it’s stupid but I hate sticking out and height is a big part of that. I also had my dad tell me once at bring your daughter to work day that his boss asked how tall I was, and then said I was “the perfect height for a woman”. That was the first time as a teen that I felt gross about my height. Anyway, all this is to say that I think we project our insecurities though height and other attributes no matter what because in some ways we are made to feel insecure as women no matter what, and that’s just built into the fabric of society. My mom is really short and hates hate hates it being pointed out to her, and I’d rather be her height than mine, so it’s all relative, you know? You’re just trading one “problem” for another when really we should feel confident in our own skin.
