His main account is whitelisted, so that the game knows the Player "Tgltn" is legit. So no matter how many people try to report him nothing happens, but as soon as he plays on a new account "xxxtn" for example he can get banned or reported. The stupid thing tho is that there just have to be enough reports in one game so that the game kicks u automatically just by the number of reports...
