Oh dear Marina so sorry to hear this, but you are a fit girl who eats right I hope all that helps .I was wondering where poor Myles could possibly sleep ut Then I remembered the dinghy...of course it would fit him perfectly. Lovely vlog Marina it felt as if I was sitting next to you sipping tea and eating on some all teak brass and varnish and letting the Thames in all its glory pass by the window. .Glad you're continuing with the sewing...bunting could be a money maker. So sorry you got Covid Marina at such a time, stuck in a steel bullet with the heat and then the excitement of the race, but yeah still next year and you did see a lot being on the river but the best is you’re now negative and no infection for Miles. I’m so lucky as I’ve managed to escape it so far. Don’t know why I didn’t think of this when you first did your bunting, but I made masks when masks were hard to find so brought heaps of about 1/2 a yard of material, I’ve heaps left. I going to make bunting. We’re leaving here on about the 18th August to go and look at houseboats to buy on the Murray River (Australia), we wanted a narrowboat but Covid put a stop to that so now a houseboat here at home in Oz. Glad you are clear of covid. ☕🌹🍦I had covid last November it's only in the last week or so my energy has come back enough to tackle all the dog hairs & dust properly I am 72 yrs young 😂it took 5 days to do a deep clean of our lounge I might have been quicker if it was cooler. Though many here in US are getting 'vid with multiple jabs, glad Myles didn't have it. The ever changing strands of virus are typically weaker & symptoms are different & milder. It will be with us forever just like seasonal flu so we must adapt and move on with our lives. I'm 66 wasn't jabbed, had it twice. First April '21 felt like bad cold & lost sense of smell. Then again December '21 just felt mild flu or cold. I never get flu shots either so choice was not happening on this on either. These are my choices and each has to make their own. I'm glad your case was mild and short lived. Take care!

Hi Marina, Really sorry you have been unwell with Covid. I am very glad you are Covid free now, and hopefully with no side effects. I would have thought that living on a narrow-boat, with all that fresh air, would have have been really Covid safe. That's good that that Myles never caught it. I still keep well away from large crowds, pubs, cinemas etc. I would like to say a huge THANK YOU for still producing your weekly Vlog under such circumstances. You two are amazing. Glad to hear your feeling much better. We, here in the US, are having another go around of Covid again. I've never stopped wearing my masks in public. At my age (76 and with Leukemia) I certainly don't want to take any chances and getting this stuff. You take care out there. Stay safe and stay cool. "Wear your mask in crowds"! Makes a difference.

I'm at a loss? How does a symptom of low energy translate to having Covid? The fear mongering/ sympathy searching needs to stop. Simply having a feeling of being under the weather shouldn't translate to having a dose of some crippling condition called Covid that we referred to as a pandemic? Please stop the whinging as your vlogs are actually very enjoyable and entertaining.
