Toner only hydrates well. Like expecting brightness just from a toner, never works really. But i really like Numbazin no3 😌 equally hydrating and kinda brightening. If you want brightness, go for glycolic acid Toners(only twice a week at night, sunscreen is mandatory)as it'll remove the dead skin layer from your face, will leave your skin Bright, but glycolic acid toner isn't hydrating.

I am confused between these two.I am a 13 year old girl and I would like to know which of these two is better for me 🥰btw I love your videos and I have been watching your videos for a long time & your videos let me know which product are good for me .your videos are very entertaining 🦋❤I want a sunscreen without any too harsh chemicals.
