I’ve been going to the gym consistently since November 2022 and it is one of the best decisions I’ve ever had. I’m only 15 and I love it, going to the gym helped my mental and physical parts of me so I’m really excited seeing y’all going and making this decision it will change you. Also don’t worry about the scale because you will gain weight with more muscle so focus on getting leaner and having less loose fat. P.s. those are chin ups not pull ups lol, overhand is pull ups, and flavor for the food will help with consistency so add some it will help

As a 16 year old powerlifter I’m very impressed from you two. Setting goals for yourself is the biggest challenge in life which I respect, you guys did great y’all’s form look great but Ricky 5:40 looks a little off on the pull down but hey it’s your first time so who am I to judge but all in all for brothers who don’t be working out like that I’m very impressed with y’all’s work ethic. I can’t wait to see more keep on grinding. And also that workout you two were doing that you didn’t know what it was call well that’s called the cable row it’s a fun workout that I like to do myself

I started my fitness journey after my first day of summer break. I started off really skinny, i was 125lbs at 16 years old, and now I'm 146.7lbs. It's been since May 28th that i started. My mental and physical state is so much better now. Glad to see yall making vids like these. Keep grinding boys, the results are gonna be insanely worth it!!

I've been doing similar things as of recently. I've grown to, 5"8, 110 lbs, to 5"11, 153 lbs. It's insane how much better i've felt. The results were worth it

I’ve been thinking about working out lately and have been on a little grind as well. But this series will for sure motivate me to keep pushing. Go to the max, and you will be a whole different person later on when you compare yourself to the non muscular version of yourself. Also, I would find it entertaining if you made a video where the bloopers were just normal scenes in the video, like just make the video all in one try, even if there’s some funny parts.
